Wow, people have actually paid money for this...

I bought one and mounted it on a Glock 44. It came with the correct adapter and "fits" the slide fine. However, it's a bit bulky and feels really flimsy especially when working the slide. IMO, this is fine for indoor "range" shooting/training. Target acquisition was really slow, I wouldn't use it if my life actually depended on it.

Cool looking design, but I’m skeptic. Red dots typically go for twice as much, this seems suspect to performance issues.

Why would you need your dot to be down? I don’t get the whole thing in the first place.

It would be alot easier to conceal/holster and transport. And should keep the sight from getting bumped and dinged. Will it hold zero and stay locked? That’s the real question IMO

Reviews don't look great. Electric articulating chinesium should be highly suspect, especially starting out at "3 moa". Might be fine for a range toy, but I'd invest more for edc.

A Call of Duty inspired design executed by underpaid Chinese engineers, then distributed by a shitty company, what a perfect recipe for disaster.

Recently purchased this VISM red dot flip sight since it was only $40 which for me was a cheap gamble. I've put 300 rounds through my Glock and this red dot does hold zero and gave me tight consistent grouping. The red dot was fuzzy to me but that's due to my slight astigmatism so not the fault of the red dot...ymmv. This test was done while in an indoor range. When I got out to an outdoor open range the red dot was totally invisible. The bright sun totally distorted the glass reflection with criss/cross lines and the red dot was very hard to see. Eventually, you do find a hint of the dot and fire. Due to this problem/flaw, groupings were not so consistent. This would definitely be problem if you had to defend yourself during the day in bright sunlight. Anyways, it's ok but falls short in overall functionality. Although it's neat and flips up/down I wouldn't put this on an EDC. Basically, imho it's good for training new shooters at indoor ranges or helping others on their reflexes. IMHO, $40 is a good price for training purposes but paying more for this red dot I would not recommend to anyone. Buy something more expensive if you want quality results. You get what you pay for.

Yeah I got one, pretty cheaply made. Wouldn't recommend for a carry gun.

Suitable only for the recoil of a 22. Anything larger and the hinge locks back closed as the gun returns to battery. Locktite every screw you can.

not true ... 1500 rounds on a carry 9mm no lock backs and perfect zero ... did. have a pin walking out so not perfect but it’s Been good so far

The problem with your reply is you are saying not true. It might be true for him. You may have got the 1 in 5 that works correctly. I have seen these before and on a kel-tec sub-2000, they would not hold zero. Mine became a range toy for a Ruger .22.

Note he only said *his* worked correctly. So, his reply is true... for a sample of one (his).
