Well your link is for .22lr, the pug listed above is .22 mag. I bought this in December 2015 for $185: http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/51202/NAA+NAA-22MS+Mini-Revolver+5RD+22MAG+1.125%22...
For some reason it's $40 bucks more at the time of this posting. The standard NAA .22mag is a closer comparison than the link to the gun you provided. But why the hell are NAA mini revolvers jumping 30% in price over the past two months?

Will never understand the purpose especially for the price. You can get a LCP/Bodyguard/Khar for less money and more power/capacity..

I have the 1 inch .22 mag that I scooped up for $185. It's less noticeable in your pocket than a cell phone. I understand your point, but it has its place when you want VERY concealed carry. I keep it in my garter when playing poker on a steamboat.
It's also fun to shoot (but a pain to reload, the sidewinder may alleviate that) and fairly attractive. If I buy another, I would consider the "sheriff" or the "black widow" or a 2 inch "sidewinder". I would choose any of those three over this "pug". Apparently the two inch barrel provides enough velocity to get hollow points to open up. The one inch barrel doesn't provide the fps for good expansion. Then again, I wouldn't want to be hit with a .22 mag no matter how much the bullet expanded.

Have owned this for three years. It's obviously not as 'reassuring' as being clad with a concealed 45, 9 or 380, but it's for sure the easiest to ALWAYS have on person. It's become virtually attached to my keychain in the sense that I throw this in my pocket wherever I go, with whatever I'm wearing. Concealment is essentially a non-issue.
Accuracy is what you'd imagine. It's realistically for 5-10 feet and closer. It's likely not a visual deterrent:), but probably even an audible deterrent for an overconfident assailant not expecting a boom. Of course, if I felt the need to pull it out, it wouldn't be to use it as a warning shot, it would be last line attempt of defensive aggression. I paid this price for it in 2012, but mine has wood grip but NO tritium sight.
It's really not exactly "fun" to shoot, kind of tedious; but it fills a small but possibly very important niche.

the non tritium version of this is about $100 off this price, if not $125. i dont see why one would need to spend $100+ on tritium in this case, unless $100 is burning a hole in your pocket.. then by all means. but fwiw, i dont think you can add tritium later, or at least i have not found anyone who has nor the tritium to do it. in fact i have not even managed to find the size and specs for tritium replacements (and i have tried quite a bit)

believe it or not, the version of this gun with the push button pin (non pug) is easier to manipulate than the pug's swivel pin.. its cheaper too. the pugs plastic sights are an upgrade over that other versions 'cowboy sight' (basically a metal blade up front with a minimal/nonexistent notch in the rear) though...
check out the grip options when buying one of these naa's as well, because you can save some $$ factoring that in too. the pug grip is routinely $20, the flip grip holster is $38, and wood grips are more if i remember right... by the time you pay for extras you might as well buy a second gun for the $179 or whatever they want for the non-pug version

Nice piece, very small but with that rubber hogue-like grip you can still get a good handle on it. Its a bit of a trick to figure out the saftey on it but once you do it does offer good protection. Not going to want to shoot 50 rounds from it but the 22 mag is a good round if your so inclined.

The "safety"? Do you mean the notch that keeps the hammer from resting on the primer? Or do you mean being on "half cock"?If you're looking for a safety on a revolver, you're going to be looking for a long time.
