Removable grip is the weak link. It strips out way to easily from just normal handling. I have less than 50 rounds through mine and the grip bolt is already stripped without having ever touched it. The bolt goes straight into the plastic receiver. Smith and Wesson should have just made the grip and receiver one solid piece of plastic like a G3 navy receiver. If they had, this would be a solid 22 to last the duration. I guess they wanted folks to be able to switch out the grip for a MOE. Why not just design it like an MOE grip molded all as one piece with the receiver. Dumb move if you ask me. Extremely disappointed with S&W on this one. I wish they'd update the design and send me a replacement for this POS I paid them 300 bucks for. Other than the grip, its a great 22 but that grip just kills the whole thing.
