Just a reminder: the "only 15 oz.." means you're adding A POUND of weight to your rifle when all is said & done. Have no complaints about the perf. of my [older gen. prism scope] Monstrum other than the wt.; wish they'd used an optical grade plastic prism instead of heavy glass to reduce the wt. by a few ounces, which would improve balance & of course, be lighter! Only need good glass in the lenses; the prism is only in the scope to fold the light path & make a shorter OAL scope than would otherwise be possible with the lens groups utilized.
