Product will be made by Sopako, Wornick, or Ameriqual. Please note, these products are designed for military combat troops. Contents will vary from case to case and what is shown in photos. Manufacturers frequently substitute products and change meal numbering or entrees. There are no guarantees on what products will be packed. Not all meals will include flameless ration heaters. Periodically, non-mil spec candy will be packaged that does not have the same shelf life as the mil-spec contents. Please inspect and read all expiration dates of non-milspec candy products. Includes a large assortment of snacks, deserts, coffee, cappuccino, milk shakes, and beverage base powders. Only Military MREs include an accessory pack with flavor enhancing seasonings, matches, toilet paper, and other survival essentials. SHELF LIFE: MREs do not have an expiration date. They have an inspection date and a pack date. The Inspection date is three years after the pack date, and the inspection date is the date the Military inspects the cases during long term storage to verify they are still fit for consumption. Manufacturers suggest that meal contents are good for approximately 5 or more years when stored at room temperature. Meals stored in cooler temperatures stay fresh longer. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered 2 boxes of MRE’s found out it will be a long time before they even get it in their warehouse. Have been trying to call them but their costumer service never picks up the phone. Waited for 2 hours on hold.

Ordered two boxes and not until I had paid did they inform me they were out of stock and expected to ship in the next 4 months..... not a great business practice had I needed them sooner.

Ordered 2 boxes. They can’t ship them for awhile because they do not have in stock. How can you sell an item you don’t have?

I prefer the emergency food buckets sold by Jim Bakker. I plan to survive the apocalypse. And the empty buckets make wonderful toilets!

I thought there was a federal ban on selling U.S. military MRE's. Maybe I'm wrong but 10 years ago I was looking and could only fine the "food insurance" bs

What did you do to the ones that are from 2006?

I guess I’ll try them out. Pack date was 2004 so they’re the ones that have the bad dairy shakes that were supposed to be recalled. I ate one in 2012 and it was OK. Got two Vomlette’s saved for a special occasion.
