"We have no control over the steel used by the manufacturers of the knives we sell. "

No, but you don't have a huge stock of them...probably 10 at the most. You can just list what is on the box on your ad.

Seems very deceiving.

Great price though. MTs are outstanding knives.

They seriously said something that stupid? Wow.

Yeah. It is on the page when you click on the smkw link to buy.

Incidentally, smkw is normally stellar to deal with.

Ordered one a couple of days ago. Mine just arrived today. It seems like a really nicely made knife. Mine was M390 steel which I'm happy about.

So they say...

They have no control over the steel used by the people that make the knives for them ?
I have control, over my wallet and it ain't opening.

Jeezus, you can send a benchmade back for sharpening, and they do it for free.

But you can only send an automatic back to Benchmade if you do it through your local dealer, or if you are an "eligible" person (e.g., Military, Law Enforcement).

Trust me, microtech has a great warranty and customer service. None of us buy benchmade anymore. Level up to Microtech

“None of us” who are you speaking for?

John Wick assassins guild members isn't it obvious?

Was tempted to buy and went to their site to see their warranty. They offer a lifetime warranty, kinda, sorta, but all things wear out naturally.. I'll stick with benchmade. There's no questions there

It's a bit ironic that someone would post on "gun.deals" recommending Benchmade. They've done a lot of political backpedaling to try to hide it, but make no mistake, they are not gun supporters. Maybe now that Les is gone, that will change, but don't count on it.
