I ordered and received one of these in early November (VG condition).
It's a great shooter, the metal is all nice, no rust, great bore, smooth bolt. The wood isn't beautiful but no major dings or scratches.

The kit was missing one of the screw in plugs for the brass oil bottle. No big deal, I know, but I emailed them and asked if they had one sitting around I could have.

They shipped me (for free) not only an entire new cleaning kit, but it was completely cleaned of cosmoline! (first kit was slathered in it, including the entire oil bottle)

SARCO gets an A+ in my book. I am now waiting on a .308 Spanish Mauser to shoot cast loads with.

Ordered the very good condition rifle and received it within a week. Free shipping and free accessory kit. Everything on the rifle was in very good condition as described. The bore looks like it was barely used. No gouges on the wood--just the typical dents. Metal had the bluing intact. Rifle feels very solid--and heavy.

**Update-Actually, after cleaning this up, the rifle looks really nice. Smooth action and I believe the barrel is new, never fired (no fouling or powder on the patches, sharp rifling, shiny bore). Small amount of surface rust on the butt plate...no other rust on the rest of the rifle. Took a day to clean most of the cosmoline from all of the parts (including complete tear down and reassembly). All matching serial numbers on the rifle (stock included) except for the magazine floor plate. Not sure how important all matching is for these rifles.

I think it's pretty rare to get an all matching 24/47 since they were mostly built out of various parts from other rifles. But, I could be wrong, maybe they re-numbered them during the process.

Good luck. I placed an order back on December 6 and still waiting.

Just got back from my Big 5 with a Yugo Mauser M24/47 for $199, got the last one. It is on nationwide clearance, so check your local store.
