If you live in a place where people always break in and steal your guns maybe you can consider saving your money up and moving to a better part of town. You could also copy down your serial numbers and use the $50 for the insurance to replace the guns If they are stolen when you move to the better part of town. Most people don’t know you have a bunch of guns unless you bring people of questionable character i.e. your friends, in to see that you have them in the first place. I’m 58 years old and I have never ever been broken into for anything but I don’t live in a part of town where people come with hammers and prybar’s and spend their day breaking into a gun safe. I also don’t even know anyone that has ever had their house broken into. I don’t even know of anybody that’s ever had their house burned down. I guess if you have a great big hard safe it makes you feel more manly?

Typical residential security container junk. Rated to stop one man with a small pry bar and a 3 pound hammer for 5 minutes. Filled with drywall so in the even if a house fire all your guns will be steamed and destroyed by water trapped in the boards.

** My opinion ** its ok if you want to store a lot and keep prying eyes out of, but Notices description doesn’t mention what brand fire seal, weight, thickness of metal skin, what brand lock, what material is sandwiched between walls, what material is blocking locking mechanism ect. I personally would add 15 hundred more and go with a safe with steel plate, and to anyone who buys this one I sincerely wish you all the best with it.

I wish there were specs on this. I put a question in and still haven't received an answer on weight or size dimensions.

This would be so nice for my grenades to keep away from the kids.
