Description

The LA Police Gear SlideRail® XWL Tactical Weaponlight is the result of many hours of research and testing, countless samples, and a desire to produce a unique weaponlight. The core of this is our patented SlideRail® feature, which enables the light to fit Glocks or similar polymer rails without requiring you to change out any parts. Because of the unique functionality of the SlideRail®, the XWL is able to be mounted onto your pistol rail, and adjusted in place on the rail to the exact position you'd like (down to the millimeter).

Aside from the amazing new SlideRail® Feature, the XWL also features an 800 lumen output with a 1.5 hour runtime. This light is powered by two 3-volt CR123 lithium batteries (included). The overall size of the XWL means it will fit well into existing light bearing holsters on the market. All of these amazing features make this one of the best weaponlights on the market at one of the best prices - but you definitely won't be sacrificing any quality either.

Just received $50 - 10%. Brightness (lumens) consistent with claim of 800, and it seems to have the candela to project it down range. Pressure switch not difficult to operate so they must have fixed that issue (?). Brand new so cannot comment on relability or endurence yet, but so far I’m happy with it especially given the price. Had to respond to a comment here with faulty information. The pressure switch works just like a TLR-1, it fits in most TLR-1 holsters and it fits 1913 pic rail, not just Glock rail as the individual stated. I own multiple TLR-1s, they are a better light but for the money, these are pretty damn good (I own 2).

I stand by my comments. Both of my LAPG lights have a stiffer switch compared to all of my TLRs which are smoother and lighter. My Bravo Concealment holsters have a precise contoured fit for a TLR-1 light and you can clearly see why the LAPG light won't fit because of that added metal on the bottom of the light. I'm sure a holster that doesn't have as much contouring as a BC might work but I would be cautious. The mounting lug on the LAPG is 0.15 inch compared to the TLR 0.19 inch. Sure it will technically fit a 1913 Pic rail but it's sloppy as hell and seems like a poor choice for a rifle mount or
non Glock.

Looks like a decent light but the paddle switch requires more pressure to actuate compared to a TRL-1. It also wouldn't fit into my Bravo Concealment holster because it has what looks like a heat sink built on to the bottom of it that gives it a larger profile than a TRL-1. It was a late night purchase and I didn't realize it has an adjustable mounting lug that only fits Glock rails and not a picatinny rail. The mounting screw seem adequate but the Streamlight versions are beefier. Seems like a good value for Glock use at half the price of a Streamlight but I tend to like the Olight PL-2 Valkyrie a little more compared to this if you can get one of their good sales.

Decent looking knockoff streamlight tlr-1. I bet it fits in holsters made for that wml.

It does, I just got one a few weeks ago. Not much of a noticeable difference in output between it and my TLR1-HL and it fit just fine in a Trex Ragnarok TLR1 holster. Wouldn't trust my life to it, but for the money it's a great deal.
