I mounted this on my Daisy red Ryder now I can shoot a tick off a dick of dog at 100 yards

I don't know if this is the particular RDS I shot, but my range had a G19 with a Konus sight, and it couldn't handle the recoil of the 9mm round. Don't think it was a low battery issue. It kept turning off and on.

is this the chosen one? the red dot sent from above to save our wallets? the one to replace all red dot sights at an affordable price?

Doubtful: I purchased a Konus scope a few years ago based upon a glowing review and found it fairly "meh" for the price point: no better nor worse than the Bushnell/Simmons/etc that occupied the same niche. Got some "big eyes" [20x80] binocs by Konus somewhat later for right ~$100 and while they're not bad, neither are they any better than the Celestron version of same. So this RDS is likely just like any other in this bottom-basement price point, & not worth the $ spent on it...

That's hilarious, but the fact is that only a handful of companies in the U.S. are making them for dozens of companies to label and retail as their own. Then there's China flooding the streets with their products made by state owned or nationalized factories, plus a few other countries doing the same thing.

2 one star reviews on Midway must not be the savior.
