No luck.. I have over 20 Kimber 1911s. Never had an issue with any of them.. think the issue may be you. In fact after looking at all your post I know it is.

You’re just jealous because you can’t afford one. My custom to his outstanding.

Are you one of those blokes that need to spend $90K on a car and thinks everyone else is jealous? No, we just happy we don't have a $1600 car payment.

Don't know what all the hate is about. I own 2 Kimber's, custom carry and custom II stainless and both are nothing less than outstanding shooters. I put night sights on them and they are as good as any, any .45 ACP out in this wide world. You get what you pay for.

Glad for your luck. I had an eclipse custom 2 that was nothing but un reliable from day all the way past when it came back from the factory until I got rid of it. I will stick with Springfield in the 1911 department. Both mine run perfect.

Lots of choices other than Kimber. They make a lot of un reliable 1911 guns. Personal experience and read reviews. I just bought a Springfield loaded model off this app for 600 shipped. Twice the gun half the price. It actually fires and cycles Everytime you pull the trigger.

Good buy on your Springfield.

I've owned a Colt 1911 for years, and it's fired and cycled through who knows how many rounds without a single hiccup. Paid $700 for it + FFL transfer.

That said, I like the look and feel of the bobtail grip on a 1911, and I won't buy another .45 that doesn't come that way.
