GLOCKS and Berettas are chosen through out the world by law enforcement and military, a few Sigs here and there. Beretta is the oldest manufacturing firm in the world, with a history of 500 years, and their junk ? 9mm no stopping power ?? I’d take a 9mm Beretta or Glock with a high capacity factory magazine over a 1911’s .45acp capacity any day and sure law and military would do to IMHO. 8-P
You'd take a high capacity pistol over one with more stopping power because you can't shoot, admit it.
Spray and pray, right ?
No actually I would prefer a higher 9mm magazine capacity then a 7 round .45 acp magazine that you think is better because more is better, just look at what the worlds military and law enforcement agencies carry, if you think they carry 7 rounds compared to 15 round magazines *plus* then you been in the Scorch barrel to long. The only thing you shoot is your mouth off “ admit it “ he he 8-))
Wow, you really don't know how to shoot.
You were so offended you downvoted my post 7 times.....must have hit too close to home eh ?
There you go making assumptions on some ones shooting abilities when you have never seen that person shoot. How can 1 person down vote more then once? Offended “no” but you must be after I made you look like a complete buffoon with facts when all you do is bash and talk chit and can’t come back with any sensible rebuttals, like those moronic comments about pulling a 380 acp round out of some one with their fingers. That was to 2FF he he. Thanks for the laughs have a good day now you are MUTED he he 8-))
Here idiot boy

Can you read ? I have to suspect that you cannot.
My experiences with them have been very positive, accurate, dependable and good customer service, i won’t buy any more though because of them only supplying one magazine, @ least with the SA, Beretta, Glock and a few other brands I have they give you more mags. If your looking to buy a super nice 9mm check out the Beretta 92x series all the way up to the performance beauty. I’m sure there are people out there that have owned many different firearms no matter the brand and have had a problem here or there, let the haters hate and immature call you names, if you like Kimber then enjoy it and happy plinking.
Most stock 1911s have reliability issues and Kimbers are no different. As long as you correctly identify the issues and make the necessary fixes, they will run and run. Most of the time, they are simple and cheap fixes like the mags or mag springs need replaced, the extractor needs a minor adjustment, there are burrs or rough machining marks along the slide rails or frame rails, or the gun is just under-lubricated.
The year 1978 called, and it wants its 1911 back.
Seriously, none of what you say is remotely true, nor has it been in a long, long time.
Dumbest post EVER.
I have never seen a Springfield not shoot perfectly out of the box, nor a Colt, or a Remington R1, or a Ruger....I can keep going all day.
1911 pistols are famous for rock solid reliability.
Kimber phan boi.
Hey the 1911 is and has been my favorite handgun of all time, but compared to most mid grade modern pistols, it just can’t stack up as far as reliability. I own 3 1911s but primarily I use them as range guns, not really as something I’d trust my life with, I have other pistols for that. All of this added to the fact that ball ammo is the only thing that feeds reliably in them, it’s really a no-brainer. I might’ve been saying something completely different 40 years ago, but keep in mind this is a 110 year old design.
Pretty funny.
The FBI can chose any pistol made no matter the cost.
You know what they run ? Springfield 1911's....they even make a special edition just for the FBI, it's this one...
https://www.springfield-armory.com/1911-series-handguns/custom-handguns/1911-professional-45-acp-handgun/...
Seals carry 1911's, and HKs, the Marines just brought back the 1911 since the Berettas sucked and the 9mm didn't have enough stopping power for a full size man hopped on adrenaline.
I can keep going all day.
There's a ton of *modern* pistols of the week and it changes constantly....there is only 1 standard they are all measured by.
Not true, all the bad reviews on YouTube(which have to do with the magazines) are not valid in my case. I purchased the micro 9 (for 399) expecting to have to send it back. The mags seemed really stiff so I thought I was going to have major issues. Took it to the range, put a hundred through it and it performed flawlessly. In this day, no one posts when something is good, it's always bad. My Kimber worked flawlessly. And no, I'm not a fanboi. I own a plethora of pistols.
Kimber has been existing on a 20 year ago reputation for the last 15 years at least.
Look up "problems with my kimber" or "broken kimber" in any search engine or on youtube.
Kimber sucks and has been sucking for a long time.
It is a pistol that comes into my shop all the time and having learned my lesson that they cannot be fixed correctly due to poor engineering I now refuse to even look at them.
99.99% of the time one brand of firearm is chosen for military or law enforcement over another brand is because of prices/government contracts, all comes down to the $$$$$$ IMHO - 8-P
