Don’t get your fanboy underwear in a bunch! This gun did in fact have a feeding problem, I’m not saying all Kimbers are crap because that would just be stupid. But this model used to sell for upwards of $900 when it was released and now its $449 in a sellers market so ... All manufacturers can and do have problems every now and again, it’s how they fix and handle the problems. 2 guys I knew sent theirs back several times, one never got his reliable and the other I never asked if they fixed his or not. It’s a nice gun especially at this price if it’s reliable now. Again I’m not dogging the Kimber brand, I’d order it if I knew I could rely on it.
Has the reliability problems been fixed on these?
There never has been any. You can find anyone to talk shit about anything on the internet. Get one and find out for yourself. Also, what gun company would charge a premium for a shit gun and people would still buy? Think about it.
