Are these from China?

I've bought three of these a few years ago. They were fine. They polish up nicely.

I'm still using a few of them a few years later with zero issues.

That being said, I prefer the Anderson Stainless kits these days.

They only cost a few bucks more, the packaging is better, and the trigger is much better out of the box.

Tried giving this company a second chance after they screwed me over years ago, I ordered 3 lpks and some buffer tubes/springs. First set the trigger pins were too big and in another one the roll pins were off size. Two of three lpks were bad, I had to use the parts from the third one I had ordered to have spare parts before I ever even got to shoot my ars.

Bolt catch roll pin and a detent spring on a kit gave me some issues. But KG did replace them for me. Other than that I have had no issues with these kits. I put them in a build and the rifle goes “BANG”. It’s not your high end name brand kit but it will get the job done. It all depends on what you are building your rifle for or what your budget it.

Guys, these are JUNK! Don't waste your time or money... There are MANY name brands out there that will cost about the same after shipping. I just bought an Anderson 2nd gen with a Nickel coated trigger group for $37/shipped off of eBay!

I don't know what you're talking about but these kg are mil-spec and I have had no issue and Fight Night kg 9 mm in kg 308 have Alex shot and just completely put my PSA rifles to shame

Don't do it, out of spec parts.

I ordered 8 of these LPKs. I start the install of the first LPK and the magazine catch is out of spec, after install it won't slide in and out of the receiver (an Aero), it binds. I try it in a second receiver (an Aero) and it has the same problem, I try it in a third receiver (an Anderson) and it has the same problem. I polish the phosphate finish off, do some fitting, and with some lube it works but is still sticky and I'm not happy with it, I take it out. .

I halt the install of LPK 1 and pull the mag catch out of another LPK, same problem in all three receivers. I pull out a PSA LPK, install is easy and it works perfectly in all three receivers, same thing for the mag catch from an existing rifle.

I've asked Garri's Guns for an RMA and for them to waive their 25% restocking fee so I can return 7 of the kits omitting the 1 I started installing where I worked on fitting the mag catch. They refuse, but say they will swap out individual bad parts.

I wasn't planning on installing all these LPKs now and at this point I don't trust their QC enough to ensure something else isn't out of spec and don't want to try an install a year from now and find out then that something is out of spec.......nor am I interested in pulling all 7 parts kits out and testing fitting what I can or measuring everything I can.....and even then I could miss a dimension. At this point I've already wasted enough time on troubleshooting.

I’ve never had an issue with KG parts. Maybe something has changed?

really tight fit on the LPK. trigger feels good, better than the PSA one. the take down and pivot pins, and saftey selector are super tight on my Anderson lower, but after working it back and forth a couple times it seems to be OK now. for the price i am really happy with it. add the $66 nitride BCG and you can't beat it.

I bought five of them.

They're ok. Nothing great, but they work.
One problem: The safety detent spring is either a touch too long, or a touch too stiff. I could barely move the safety at all until I snipped about three coils off each spring. After that, no problems.

Polished the triggers up, put a grip screw mod in them and they're nice and crisp with very little creep. Haven't measured them yet, but I'd say somewhere in the neighborhood of 5-6 pounds. Just about perfect for all-around use.

Wound up paying
32 bucks for the parts kit
15 for the grip screw mod
47 bucks for a lower parts kit that shoots as well as triggers which cost 2x as much isn't bad.

Free shipping if you buy 5.

That's a great deal at that price, even if the trigger is thoroughly mediocre.

I have used 6 of these LPK's and even though the trigger and hammer are Mim, they have been holding up well, they dont take a polish as nice as a cast FCG does, but I was still able to get nice 5lb-6lb pulls out of them with stock springs with a nice polish. I have over 1000 rds on one of these FCG's and no abnormal signs of wear.

Got my 3 kits in today , Looks like decent plus quality. Shipping was super fast , but required a signature for some reason. Pair with anderson lower , mill spec buffer tube kit and stock , I will now have 3 complete Lowers for $103.00 each including shipping, AWESOME!!!

Free shipping over $150.
I ordered several different "value" LPK and this
was one of my favorites. I use a grip bolt with the adjustable set screw so I can't remember if it had a long trigger pull. But all parts went in nice and function great.
So for the price, I haven't found one I like better. The grip is a tad larger and I liked that. Can also add extended take down pins for $10 and still get originals with it.

Yes, I agree with what you said. The pistol grip screw mod would definitely be needed on the trigger I received. The actual trigger "break" was decent mil spec - just long pull.

Looong trigger pull. I purchased a complete KG AR pistol kit and the trigger had an extremely long pull. I had to replace the trigger/hammer. The rest of the pistol kit was great. I would definitely buy from the company again but not a LPK. My 2 cents...

No really I'd rather have them for free but yeah $47 is not a great deal. PSA has them for $49.99 free shipping all the time so $3 off isn't a awesome deal. Chill Angry Bill

just think of these as $46.99....unless you buy more than one
