I think this was the CA bullet button & w/ (1) 10 round mag version & I think they sold the last one for $379 w free shipping IIRC?

Not a bad deal considering used G22 pistols go for that as of late.

I just visited Lanbo's website.

To confirm, this is the .40SW Gen 2 model that takes Glock 23 mags and it is selling for $323.89

BUT, OF COURSE, IT IS SOLD OUT.

At this price, it is a lot cheaper than what these are going for on Gunbroker and is a lot cheaper than other vendors want for it.

Is it worth getting?

Well, it is cheaper than a Glock 23 AND will send a .40SW slug down a 16" barrel with a lot more velocity and energy. For $323.89, I think it's a great truck gun and home defender.

Whether it holds up is another question. For that, a quick trip to the Kel-Tec forums might answer it.

I owned a G17 Gen 1 Subby back in 2008 after Obummer took office. The one I got was defective and was the only one in the store, so I returned it as opposed to shipping it off to Cocoa Beach. In retrospect, I should have done that and then sold it when these things were going for twice the price.

IMHO, buy this and sell it, at a profit, if it doesn't float your boat.

I would,, but my gun budget has been shot (pardon the pun)

@prasky,

The low ratings when it was selling for $499.

Is $379 really a bad price? I would like to get either this to compliment my g23 or the 9mm to compliment my g17

Seems like a more than fair price to me. I think the older comments were from when there was a higher price. I do prefer my Glock 19 version over the 40 though but wouldn't mind one in 40 to go with my G23 also.

Yes, just wonder why this is still posted here as a "DEAL"?

Because of the goal of social aggregating software.

Deal or not, you are exposed to several vendors by coming to this page. In fact, the rates on click-to ads are dependent on web traffic. You just contributed to that by replying to my reply. (The event launched a notification system that drew back in a percentage of the recipients that received it.)

@NewMexican,

This model was selling for $399 2 days ago plus free shipping ( TargetSports?)

Well, thanks for that.

Did you think I was calling this a deal? The operator "NOT" refers to the "good to go" portion of my comment.

I agree with you that this is not a deal, if that is what you are actually saying.

Lambo's is good to go, but $500 for a 40 caliber Kel-tec is NOT!

Remember, the unicorn is chambered in 9mm, folks.

$500 in my opinion isn't too bad for this gun. Sure you can buy an AR for that. I had a Gen1 in 9mm that I kick myself everyday for selling. It was a really decent shooting fun rifle. I'm waiting for the M&P 9mm magazine to pop up. You show me another 9mm semi rifle that doesn't use a proprietary magazine for less (besides a Hi-Point, even they use their own mags). Not many options out there, just rite carbine, Taurus, CZ Scorpion, Hi-Point, Mechtech, etc.

Why would someone pay msrp for a gun? Especially a KelTec? I would never own one no matter how great of an invention they came up with. They must only make a few hundred guns a year and it seems to drive the price up for people that are wanting them. Crazy

Yikes! $500? You can pick these up every day on Gunbroker, from $369 to $439. The .40SW is not a big seller compared to the 9mm.BTW, the trigger and charging system in the Gen2 9mm is no better than its predecessor! Actually, the .40SW has a much better trigger, stouter recoil spring and shorter pull to charge it. Plus the trigger is better than the 9mm. Go figure.

Could i understand why were talking about 9mm this is a 40. Why are they gouging so hard for this gun cause it has a folding stock whoopie do.

The new MRSP for this gun is $500. Plus the whole gun actually folds in half. It's not just the stock. Maybe spend sometime to look into what you are commenting on next time.

Could I use Glock 22 mags or larger cap mags with this G23 model? Same question for the G19 model, could I use Glock 17 mags on it?

Yes. No problem.
