Combining a sub-four-pound weight, a full payload of high-velocity .22 Magnum, and a handful of slick features, the CMR-30TM is another shining example of Kel-Tec® innovation. It features a single-action trigger, bolt stop, ambidextrous safety levers, and a low-profile ambidextrous charging handle that allows you to swap mags without breaking your sight picture. The stock is ultra-light, but feels rock-solid, and is easily adjustable for length-of-pull.

It's fully compatible with PMR-30 magazines, so it makes a great companion piece to the popular pistol. Additionally, the thumb safety, mag release and trigger are identical to its pistol counterpart, so if you have any experience with the PMR, the CMR will feel "at-home" in your hands. But hey, you don't have to be familiar with the PMR pistol to appreciate the lightweight, low-recoil accuracy of the CMR.

Lightweight-profile 16" barrel is threaded 1/2x28 for easy attachment of a suppressor
Lightweight, rigid 6061-T6 aluminum chassis
Thumb safety, magazine release, and trigger are identical to the PMR-30 pistol
Compatible with PMR-30 pistol magazines
Ambidextrous safety lever and charging handle for easier operation
Adjustable stock offers approximately 3.25" of length-of-pull adjustments
Magpul® MBUS folding sights
14" top rail and 7" underside rail for accessories
Stock collapses all the way, reducing its 30" overall length to 22.5" inches for easy storage

Sorry guys, may be (and likely) I am dumb but how to get it shipped for 398 without buying a membership. I got coupon added and got price of 409$ + 10$ processing fee plus PA sales/shipping tax. Most retailers do not charge tax if they are out of state. Not sure why this one does. May be a new law. But price is still 419 (with handling fee) not 399.

Yes, the Supremes recently decided that vendors [possibly only those above a certain size/sales volume?] have to collect sales tax on internet sales... Time to get a P.O. box in a state w/o sales tax and have my credit card bills sent there... ;-)

Having handled one of these in person, the build quality is higher than I personally expected from KelTec.

I don't care for this seller but I finally pulled the trigger on buying one of these. I'll use the gift card plus a promo code on a scope for it.

A lot of fun in a small package. Mounted a Nikon p 223 3x on this little rifle and it is a tack driver.

The pistol is also a lot of fun.

Ordered one from them little over a month ago for $38.50 more I'm a member and called to see if could get the difference back if they would price match their own price to a member ...... Nope ..... And I must say that bothers me a little when I think about it.

Read my review of how they refused to proceed with a sale, in a perfectly LEGAL sale?! They are a rip off!

This is a good price for this rifle, however IMHO it is kind of a silly looking rifle. It looks like something you would find opening a chest in Borderlands. Ray Vin makes a 22 WMR complete upper that appeals to me a lot more than this. It's more expensive, but rides on any AR-15 Lower. I don't like Ray Vin's handguard, but that is an easy swap to a 15 in M-Lok hand guard and he'll put it on when he builds your custom rifle. http://www.ray-vin.com/bmr/bmruppers.htm

Yes, R-V had a 22mag upper, @ more than 2x the price, and you still needed to buy a lower to put it on [ie, you weren't buying a complete gun.] And where are you going to get a spare magazine? That holds 30rds? Ray-Vin Eng. had some nifty products, but none of them were ever what I'd call "affordable." Sic transit gloria, anyway.

Ray vin is now out of business apparently.

This thing is awesome. Takes the same mags as the PMR. Put a can on mine, still a bit loud, but fun outdoors

Damn, I wish there was a brace for This! That barrel looks too long and out of place.

It's a *carbine*, it's got a "brace" [stock] built-in! You want to play chicken with the ATF's constantly-changing "decisions," buy a PMR & throw a brace on that; that was the idea that led to the CMR development in the 1st place...

18 cents for 9mm vs 20 cents for 22wmr ?
That's not expensive !!
