I’ll tell you what Stoner would do! He’d roll over in his grave if he saw this monstrosity!

You need to put those boys in their costumes in The Shit. IN THE SHIT.

If you really want some fun go to their spewtube channel and seriously, view any video.
I really enjoyed them *heat testing* the barrel they put on this rifle. They shoot a roughly 8 inch group at 100 yards (how they even managed to shoot that bad is beyond me) then spray a mag dump and reshoot a 8 inch group and then say "look at how stable this barrel is".
I could hand Ray Charles a AR and he could shoot a better group than that. ARs are inherently accurate, the 5.56/.223 round is inherently accurate.
With a crap barrel and crap ammo ANYONE can shoot a 3-4 inch group if they try.
And...these kiddie dweebs are talking up how good they are with weapons ?
DaFuk, most of their videos are $129 surplus rifles like moisin, mausers, nagant, sks, and other random junk of that short.....no wonder they don't know how to shoot eh ?

I can’t wait to check out the videos!!

That Ray Charles joke is AA grade funny!!!

Is it just me, or could an average AR builder source the separate parts (assuming 7075 receivers or maybe a Windham carbon fiber receivers) in a lightweight option like carbon fiber handguards and barrels for the same or less??

I don’t blame for going Optics Ready, as a lot of people end up putting their own choices on them.

Only thing you can’t get is their special lower. Build it yourself, gain 8oz and save $600.

I actually didn't even notice that the lower is completely integrated - stock/grip/lower receiver looks like it's all one piece...?

Frankly, overpriced.

Yes these InRange dweebs know their stuff but....WTF is this thing haha....

Monolithic polymer lower? So you lose part of the AR platform's inherent modularity.

Comes with no iron sights? So you drop this kind of cash for a rifle you can't use out-of-box. Low value.

JP Silent Capture spring system? Negates weight savings you got from using polymer receiver.

What's the barrel made of? What finish does it have? These details would seem pertinent.

BUT ITS LIGHTWEIGHT! Yea, with no sites, no mag, grip and stock you can't change, and who knows what barrel. An incomplete firearm. For $1700. BUT BUT...INRANGE! FORGOTTEN WEAPONS! IAN! ITS GOT A KOOKY WWSD MARKING ON IT!

Sorry this is a big NOPE.

The barrel is the Faxon pencil profile with their brake. Faxon sells the completed upper alone for $1100.

With that pic I think it should be titled "what would these boners do" what a couple mall ninjas...hahaha. they spent way too much time playing call of duty and buying stuff from eBay and Amazon trying to look the part. Hahaha

These two are arguably some of the most knowledgeable people on the earth when it comes to firearms especially Ian he’s referred to as “gun Jesus” with gods reason

I'd argue that, and win, hands down.
These mallrats are posers, simple as that.
Anyone who could find a 90$ charging handle and a 340$ forearm that is carbon fiber and cracks at the slightest ding is flat out stupid.
I'll wager GaySmell (I mean geissele) is a sponsor along with faxon.
Lets not miss the 90$ mag release too, shall we ?
A raptor charging handle is pricey, but good, and 20-30$ less.
ANY 200$ forearm will be more durable.
I could cast a mag release from solid gold and it would probably be cheaper.

Any Marine corp 2111 knows way more than these asshats and has custom built M4s and M16s for the real pros, by the hundreds.

Umm no you wouldn't. It's this guy's job to know firearms in and out, while you sit here and pop off. Just because you know how to buy cheap stuff and be poor doesn't mean you know firearms. Post an apology.

Alright shorty....go google up Marine Corp 2112.
It's MY JOB to know firearms inside and out.
First you have to be a machinist, a serious one, then you have to be a metallurgist, a good one, you have to know engineering (yea, and all those math thinigies that go with that).
You obviously sit in moms basement and hammer on those keys in front of you really really hard and with self imposed blisters on your right palm.
I don't see a man in those images above, a see a couple of girls wearing mall ninja clothes that NO MATTER what the circumstances no self respecting man would ever wear.
Wow, they have a real live YouTube channel....so impressive. I'm like in such awe.
Gimme a freaking break.
Exactly which gunsmithing school did either one of them graduate from ?
Yea they have those.
Who did they apprentice under ? You have to do that too ya know.
Apology, my ass...they are not worthy of sucking my dick.

You completely missed the point of this exercise. They are simply suggesting this is one direction Stoner may of gone in the evolution of the AR. They discuss this at length in their videos and why. These 2 have done multitudes more than you can and ever will to bring guns and their history into the mainstream.

Sounds like you might not know who these guys are, here are some links to their videos so you can see what they are about. They are dressed like that in the picture attached because they were competing in a match.

The pre-order price on the lower is $89 can you tell me what justifies the other $1610?

For starters, Stoner probably wouldn't have a polymer receiver, and he'd probably advocate for a fixed front sight.

I would like to try this rifle, I don’t really want one for that price tag. But, definitely would like to shoot one.

Hope they make the (New! Improved!) integral polymer lower available on its own so that I can import one behind the Granola Curtain & build it up into a featureless config...
