I use a PM9 for the past 10 yrs as my "walk around the house" , gun. It's almost hard to tell it's there. But they require a break in or a polishing job, done by a good gunsmith. Mine went back to Kahr for NS and they polished all the internals free, "a long time ago", since then it has been trouble free, but many people on several forums complain about them because they are rough at first and can fte or ftf.

This is a good price for a good ccw. Plus the extra mag makes it even better. Just put 200 rounds through it before you carry so it can break in. Also, use the slide release as it is designed, don't sling shot it. Very smooth trigger and I love mine.
I don't think the "HM" models qualify for the free mag. Didn't see them listed on the rebate info page.
