I feel bad for the small bus. like this, god forbid that an emergency or disaster could have happened to one of them and someone has to wait a little while longer for their item to arrive and they are left with some horrible reviews do to a little impatience, I guess to me the important reviews that matter to me are the quality and customer service of an item, after all that is what we pay for initially, the item, I can tell you only of my personal experience as to my order on a black Friday deal for their 1911 commander kit, I ordered two of them and wanted to order more after I saw the quality and figured that if there was 2500 in stock at time of order that I should be fine as long as the price didn't change, was also hoping that they would do the same with their full size, boy do I regret not ordering more, the 80 frame is one of the best I've ordered and I've ordered several of all the others, (aruis, kt ordnance, tactical machining, caspians from gun broker, ar15, etc) and have to say the slide was quality, the mainspring housing fit beautifully, and the barrel was of decent quality, and the barrel bushing was average, and I actually received my items a lot sooner than I estimated, in a few days from order, I understand reviews are helpful to many consumers but sometimes reviewers will go a tad overboard, just my thoughts

I would not order SHIT from this company. I started to place an order with them in December, but never finished providing the payment info because I began reading several reviews on here of how much they were fucking people around. About 3 weeks later they began to send me emails telling me I had an open order with them and asking if I wished to complete it, which I ignored. Then they started calling. I explained to them in no uncertain terms that due to the reviews of other posters on gun.deals, I have no faith in them and I would not trust them to actually ship my parts. Then the sales manager himself called me, a guy named "Buck". He insisted that they would like a chance to prove themselves to me and get my business if I would only give them the one chance. I specifically told him my concerns, and he gave me his personal guarantee that they would ship my order out immediately and there would be no issues, if I would just give them the payment.

Well a couple days later I foolishly decided to give them a shot. I called back and spoke directly with "Buck" again, who assured me that he would personally make sure it went right out and I would be sent shipping confirmation and tracking info that same day, if I gave them the payment info. Big fucking mistake.

A week goes by and I get no shipment, not shipment confirmation, no communication at all. So I call and don't you know, "Buck" is out of town for the week and my order was never shipped out. So that guy tells me it will go out that day, guaranteed, and he will send me shipping confirmation and tracking info. That was last week. Still no shipping or tracking info.

So I call today and ask for Buck, and the guy I spoke to last week says my package went out that day. I tell him maybe, but you promised you would send me tracking info and you didn't. He swears it went out but still could not provide me any tracking info, and says he will have "Buck" call me back. I wait until late in the day, call again and speak with Daniella, who says she now will have "Buck" call me back. Well it is after 9 pm, no return calls from buck, no idea if my package is shipped or not, and a bunch of lies over a simple order when I SPECIFICALLY told them I was concerned they would do exactly this, based on other reviews on gun.deals. I told them I do not want to have to chase my orders down from a vendor, and the sales manager himself gave me his WORD he would make sure that did not happen. Obviously his word means jack shit.

I do know one thing for certain though, I know that they charged my fuckin credit card the second I finished giving them the numbers on it. I told the person I did speak with today to just cancel my order and credit me, but they refused to, stating that they cannot because it already shipped, but could not provide me any tracking info after repeatedly asking for it. I am sure I will get the parts someday, or I will dispute it, whatever, but seriously I would not buy SHIT from these bullshitters ever again. This is the level of service they provide when the sales manager himself calls ME, asking for a chance to show that they are reliable and earn my business, and gives his personal guarantee that he will make certain the order will ship out immediately. Now it is 2 weeks later and he won't even return my calls. Holy Jesus what a shitty vendor.
