I will get this sorted for you and I apologize that the team missed the rifling error before in left the warehouse. We ship out hundreds of barrels a month and this is a rare occurrence.

Here is the rifling from the 416r pistol barrel that I received for a build, and had to ship back myself after endless empty promises related to a shipping label. Still waiting for a refund.

This isn't about "fanboys" this is about a legitimately bad company who has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I don't think Ice Arms does the rifling. As usual......a company being blamed for a QC error caused by another company.

And as usual......customers only "freak out" when there is a problem. I seem to recall this tiny company called.....what was it now......DANIEL DEFENCE who sent out over 1000 defective barrels. Don't see you guys "freaking out" over that.

DD is a well respected company. At least they took care of their customers. You should do some internet searches, these people have a horrible rep for not following through and shipping shitty product. MechAssult, IMO, Ice Arms is a horrible company. I approached them regarding purchasing bulk barrels on the wholesale side, NO REPLY. I wanted references to end users before I spent bux. Simple questions that would be easy for any reputable dealer to answer regarding applications and user feedback of reliability. Meanwhile, other dealers (distributors) replied the SAME DAY. Consider yourself lucky you had a good dealing with this POS company.

All the while, every 3 days, another POS deal pops up here from Ice Arms. Clearly their priorities are messed up. Won't be long before we have some chapter 7 action IMO.

No offense man but you sure don't sound like a small business owner, and I know you were not replying to me...But LOOK how many people are complaining about the company ICE Arms?! You are always gonna have a few customers that complain about the customer service/ products in a business like this, but if you have ALOT more bad complaints than you do good, there's something wrong with the company. I do somewhat agree with you that there is alot of BS in forums but that is everywhere. How the heck do they have time to post deals on here, but not respond to customers questions and concerns, like ilinter does?! Look how many people are complaining on there facebook page also... If you are doing ALOT of business through the internet and have a facebook account, etc.. but don't have time to respond to customers, then don't have a facebook account for the business, the way these people are doing business is wrong..

I run a small business too, and call me crazy, but "being fucked around by rude customers" is my job, serving the customers is called "customer service" Satisfying these customers is what makes or breaks a company.

ICE was given more than one opportunity to make this situation right, and they failed.

I am just happy that they make it so convenient for me to share my experience with potential customers by constantly posting products here on slick guns!

Colin is who promised me shipping labels for a week until I finally gave up and shipped it back on my dime. He is also the one who has still not refunded me. As previously mentioned, horrible, inexcusable customer service and an unusable product.

To the guy below who was bragging about the price... What good is a barrel that looks like that?

I've only placed one order with them for a couple of blem NiB BCGs and 300 BO resized 223 brass. I thought their shipping was reasonable (free for my order) and the products were delivered well packaged and as described. I thought the BCG's looked great even for blems with supposed machine marks. Overall I was happy with them.

Seriously? I rather have those "fanboys" trolling and letting us know how their experience was with the company, if it's bad or good . Yes if it's bad experience they obviously gonna post more reviews/ comments so OTHERS don't make the same mistakes that they made and fall for there products because of the price, even though there product/ customer service is terrible. You sound like you had good experience with the company/product and that's great. I wish I did as well as MANY others wish they did too...
