Joe98hd when u say go to GB are u referring to Great Britain?
If you really want this rifle, go to GB and get the imported version that had the muzzle brake spot welded on the military cold hammer forged chrome barrel... these were the original military barrels. In 2004 the original barrels were banned from import so century added on the US barrels which ruined thecrufle
For all you debating gun reviewers Hickock45 is the best Hands Down but I enjoy NutnFancy, Mrgunsngear and Iraqvet8888 as well why do people have to cut down people that are doing what they love and trying to help others make an educated purchase or just Educate themselves about Firearms period. Honestly? NutnFancy's videos come off like an infomercial and have bait-click titles like "worst gun in history." I personally find no content but empty, glowing praise for every single item 'reviewed' which was probably given to him in exchange for making the video. I am not going so far as to calling him a shill however if someone was feeding you less than creditable information would you not want a fellow gun enthusiast to let you know there might be something fishy going on? I personally would prefer to know that [or someone's opinion] over a sense of Kumbaya and hand holding. But I get where you are coming from.

I have a TGI import and it is excellent. I wouldn't bother with an AMD if getting a rebuild. They aren't the most ergonomic, and being a rebuild automatically makes them iffy.
I miss the older imports with the Hungarian 12 1/2" barrel that had the tap welded muzzle break. You can still find them once in a while for a few hundred more on GB. Not sure why Century ruined yet another import with the longer American after market barrel... These are kits put together... still a good price. Bought he original import a few years back and have had 0 issues with it.
Most companies seem to forget what got them to where they used to be. As the old saying goes it is quality not quantity. It seems a lot of gun makers are like fast food chains get them in get the money now out the door.
I generally agree but... tack* welded. Century didn't ruin them, they came in as parts kits I believe. The TGI guns came in with mag wells that needed to be cut wider to accept double stack mags, etc.
Unfortunately, or maybe fortunate for US manufacturers, that they don't have the production capabilities there like we do in the US. Mid to late 2000's I think, all the guns CAI got from the Cugir factory were actually factory defect guns. They are constantly filling orders from the US gov and other countries for gov forces.
This is one of my favorites. Good shooter out to 400 yards. Cheap to shoot and throws huge fireballs.
At a tossup between this or a PSAK-47, my budget is kinda dead for anything aside from these two options or possibly the Lo-cap N-paps. Anyone have a recommendation?

If I didn't already have 4 ARs in 5.56, 1 in 300 blackout, I'd consider another one. Have the lowers to make another 2, one I have plans for an a2 clone. I guess I could throw more money towards the Aero m5 build. It's crazy with the AR style rifles dropping below 400 at times. Like the AK and AR switched places in the price market.

Ha, yeah I hear you. Maybe not paid for post, maybe more like folks using Gun.deals for free advertising. Almost considered buying one of these once, but was persuaded against it.
There is nothing this will do that my other AR's won't do. If I REALLY need another one, I will probably wait til they get dirt cheap. Really want a Saint but they haven't went down in price yet. Really want an AR-10 and/or a M1A, but just don't want to put out the cash for one right now. And since I don't have any 308 guns, I will need to invest in about $300-$600 worth of ammo.
