If you're considering this optic, also take a lot at the other thread that has the HE507K-GR X2 on sale at KENZIE'S OPTICS for $288 (after code TY10) with free shipping and no tax except GA. The 507 is a CIRCLE-DOT... and if you're gonna spend 220, IMO it's well worth the extra 68 for the circle dot. I have both a green dot, and two green circle-dot RMR's, and I can tell you the Circle-Dot is awesome. There are two threads on Gun Deals with the HE507K-GR X2 Circle-Dot on sale, one is Brownell's (304), and the other is KENZIE'S (288)... Your welcome.

Longman, thanks for posting that Kenzie's deal... I pulled the trigger last week and picked up the HE507K-GR X2 for $288 with free shipping and no tax. Haven't mounted and tried it out, but it has a nice small footprint. I think I'm going to put it on an HK VP9L-B-OR; I currently have a Swampfox Kingslayer green-circle dot the VP9L, and I love it, but the Kingslayer is a bit large... I think this Holosun will fit nicely.
I have this optic. Hate to say it, but I don't like the green dot. I agree the green dot is easier to pick up, but that means you also look at the dot more. YMMV
