When I was looking for my first handgun, I rented one of these and wasn't impressed for the money you pay. I remember it kept shooting 3-4" low at 25ft, I don't recall the group size.

That's the shooter not the gun.

The USP's are all excellent handguns. Love all of mine.

I own dozens of guns. This is my hands down favorite. It's not particularly comfortable or ergonomic. And the trigger pull isn't anything special. But I'll be darned if it's not my best shooter. It just works. At this price, I want a 2nd one.

This is the gun I carried back in 1995 and won top shooter in my academy class with. I'm not a true competitive shooter. I always thought it had the weirdest feeling trigger, but nonetheless it was a very accurate shooting sidearm. The trigger pull was very heavy and very long. The hammer spring must have been fairly heavy as well but what I remember most is the hammer had a funny way of bouncing slightly each time it landed. I regret selling it.

I guess the rear S/F switch is for Safe/Fire. It will be sweet if it is for Semi/Full Auto.
