Only suitable for small caliber rifles and or airsoft. I tried it on my AR-12 gauge and in 3 shots blew both lenses out from their seals. One fell completely out, the other spun 180 degrees from its seal. Obviously it was kind of a "torture test" if you will but still not sure I'd trust it against any larger caliber rifles.
