How does this trigger compare to a Geisselle SSA-E or the 3G trigger? It just looks way over engineered, I mean how many springs are on this thing?

Personally I like the hyperfire much better where the trigger pull weight is low but the hammer fall rate is fast even more than a mil spec trigger where on mil or hard primers some match triggers do not knock off the primer where the hammer spring tension is reduced.
The hyper fire hits the primer harder than a milspec trigger and the hammer spring is not reduced yet the pull better than a timney jard Geisselle trigger at 2-2.5 lbs on the lowest setting plus the reset is unreal this trigger has the shortest reset I have ever seen.
the hyper fire trigger pull weight adjustable too where 3 different assist springs are included for 2.5 3.5 and 4 lbs
so in the end game when you pull the trigger fast doing rapid fire it is far faster than any other trigger I have ever tried and I have tried them all and with the fast hammer speed there is no hang time so when you pull the trigger the bullet go's off without a few mil second delay like the rest of the match triggers I have owned.
it has 3 trigger springs 2 reduce the hammer spring tension when cocked then once fired the 2 assist springs go from reducing the hammer spring tension thereby reducing the trigger pull then about 1/3 the way up the 2 springs change position and then assist the hammer to strike the firing pin harder it is quite ingenious design so you get hard primer strikes and a light trigger pull yet very quick re set trigger and zero creep
I would say the Geisselle SSA-E casting quality(finer finish on the trigger and hammer is a little better) but overall the hyperfire does much more without sacrificing one attribute for another. Plus it is just fast so for 3 gun it will shave off a second or 2.
where really all match triggers drop in and not that I have tried are about the same or real close to themselves except the gold trigger and the hyper fire both have a much tighter reset and retain hammer speed and no creep at all. anyways sorry for the long response

THANKS! Long winded is good when you explain it as well as you did. I researched locktimes, this is what I found, feel free to correct any errors. Mil-spec 8.5 milliseconds (ms). Geisselle SSA, SSA-E and S3G are rated at 5.5ms. DMR, service and national match are faster yet, I assume, since they have hi-speed hammers. Hyperfire are 35-50% faster than mil-spec, which means 5.525 (35%), 4.25 (50%). I assume different spring rates adjust the percentage or the three different models Hyperfire offers is a different percentage? I own two SSA-E's a G2s, both ALG triggers and an RRA national match. The SSA-E is a dream to anyone who dryfires it. The G2S is really close and a lot cheaper. Got mine for $110. The RRA is by far my least liked of all. Breaks fairly clean but heavy. The ALG triggers are a better buy in my book, especially the coated model. The Hyperfire looks really interesting and I think I will pick one up for my next build. Would like to try the Tac-Con but there is no way I am spending that much on that trigger. Again thanks for the reply! Sure beats the old "this thing sucks" and "this one is the best" type of comments.

just fyi don't waste the cash on tac-con trigger I had one and it would not fire xm193 or m885 ammo for light primer strikes I had one of the first ones and maybe they fixed it but for that kind of cash it should fire mud and sticks plus I could not get it to do what the promo video showed no matter what ammo or how hard I tried. I got much closer to that type of fast fire with hyperfire than ever with Tac-con

Sorry to hear LNSVince, When I first looked at his listing I think two had been sold, now seven sold. Not sure if he might go for 200.00 then, still a good price and free shipping. Good luck !

This trigger is sold buy a Ebay seller. Buy it now price $209.99. On the page is also " Make an offer" I offered $195.00 and he took me up on the offer, this includes free shipping. If he will accept other offers this is a really sweet deal. I did mention that a Slickgun seller had this trigger a few weeks ago for 189.00
So I'm a happy camper. Good luck
