I recently picked up the .45 cal. Hi-Point carbine for $289+$10 shipping. Absolutely the best bargain going today. The carbine is accurate and reliable, with a transferable lifetime warranty. This can also replace a shotgun as a home-defense weapon, and it won't damage your hearing as bad as a 12 gauge. For those with just a pistol and a rifle, this makes a complimentary middle-range shooter - pistol out to 25 yards, carbine out to 100 yards, and rifle for beyond 100 yards.

Wow this price is absolutely ridiculous! While I can honestly say as many others have, the hipoint carbines are one of the most fun, reliable, soft shooting 9mm carbines on the market. Add in the USUAL fact these are normally under $275-$300 you have a heck of firearm. The compact size, the super reliability, excellent accuracy in front of a capable marksmen and you have the perfect home defense, truck and camp gun. Not until prices go back to normal, precovid will I be buying another though. I am actually looking at the 10mm offering that came out year before last I think.
