I don't see why anyone would downvote this? It's a hipoint. They are reliable, they are ugly and cheap, they go boom, they make good truck/car guns. If they get stolen, it's a fucking hi point.
Why are all the complains? The main reason HP made its guns like that b/c if the gun does not go bang. You can use the gun to butt whip your opponents :-)
When your gun costs less than the ammo to run through it
Can’t wait for my next stimulus check! Gonna use the $1400 to buy a HP and a box of ammo. Prolly not have enough left to buy baconator. Thx Basement Biden!
Half the comments are from overweight losers you probably can’t hit the side of the barn with their much more expensive firearms. Wonder when the last time I saw their d$&@ was due to their beer gut!
I can be overweight precisely because I *can* shoot. Also my mom says I'm a winner, so there.
Hey Apollo, kinda weird your looking at Hi Point-owners genitalia. I think we are all a little perturbed by your interest in their weight and their wieners. Good luck brother.
Just a few entries away on this same site is the Taurus G3C for $265:
A thoroughly modern double column, locked breach pistol that is better in every respect for $65 more. It's a no-brainer, even though the G2C used to sell for around $180 pre-rona.
when are they planning on re-releasing this in the hunnit dolla bill finish
I don't think some of you guys should act so high and mighty just because you can afford more expensive guns. I have this boat anchor in my collection and it does what a gun is supposed to do, I could recommend it to someone based on Hi-Point's warranty alone.
Do they accept EBT cards or WIC checks for payment?
Everybody needs a Glock 40. They're problem solvers.
no sir, this is a glock 40 https://www.reddit.com/r/ProtectAndServe/comments/4ljjjh/drugs_inc_dis_my_glock_40/...
No. The Yeet Cannon is a "special edition" that Hi Point sells that has Yeet Cannon painted on the sides of it. The new Hi Point that eventually will be released will be the YC9 G2 or something along those lines. Stands for Yeet Cannon 9 Gen 2
Its just getting to expensive to be solvin' problems
I never thought I would live to see the day that a 2lb hammer would cost over $200.
Oh, my bad...didn’t realize it doubled as a gun. Very cool.
agree, no way the hi-point is worth $200+.. I have one and they're ok for what they are but 125 is pretty much top dollar if you ask me.
Imagine just getting started with buying your first gun in 2020?
HP 9MM $210
2 50-round boxes of S&B 9mm ammo $130
OUCH!
The Brick that keeps on giving...Whats funny is I have NEVER seen anyone actually carrying these on their side. Even though they sell thousands each year, no one Ive seen has the guts to actually carry one. Guess people are afraid to be ridiculed... hashtag #hipointstigma.... hahahaha
Glove compartment gun in case your shotgun rider isn't carrying.
Also a good solution if you want to have a gun in every single room of the house.
I have. In our local shop. Pulled up his shirt like he was proud.
You're just not ghetto fabulous enough to rock one. The only legal tender acceptable for these are food stamps and crack rocks.
I use a Taurus G2C 9mm for open carry. I have a Glock and 3 Springfields as well but the Taurus is a bit smaller and lighter. And it always goes bang when I pull the trigger. I also carry another Taurus G2C 9mm as my truck gun. I had bought a HP 9mm for my truck gun but when I went to pick up at Bass Pro, it jammed when cycling the slide. I said no way and got a refund on my order.
So how much for the famous $100 bill paint job version? The Hundo’s would have to make this thing a $500 piece of art work easily! Right?
I never thought I'd see a Hi-Point C-9 selling for this much. I still don't see the point of getting one when you can pick up a Ruger EC9s or a Taurus G2C for around $250 shipped - they are smaller, lighter, higher capacity, and better quality than this one. If you are really wanting to buy a C-9, I'd suggest going to a pawn shop. They can be had for around $125.
Sadly even pawn shops are hiking prices up on these. $200 is about the new range for these now. Let’s just hope Trump wins 2020 or these things will shoot up more with their high capacity magazine’s
Pedophile Joe said he wants for people NOT to own anything that shoots a 9mm round.

Love the smell of burning Zamak in the morning, Lol(•‿•)
Strange times we're living in with $200 high points.
(I wanna be the first to say this on record)
Dang. You guys (and gals) remember when High Points used to cost under $200?! What’s next $8.00 a pack smokes?! Wait....
I remember when smokes were 75 cents a pack.
In the state of Washington in 2007 (when I was last there) smokes were $10 a pack, seriously.
California and Missouri are the cheapest in the country not counting Native reservations that are sans tax.
hmmm, that or a ruger ec9. tough choice.
Ec9 before it reaches $800 or C9 if you can find @ sub $140. Good luck. Ruger , in most cases, would be my opt.
Here are direct quotes I received from Cheaper Than Dirt's customer service department recently after they cancelled my order three days after sending me an order confirmation... Quote "nowhere on our site do we guarantee prices" and "we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion". Want to buy something from these folks? Need psychological counseling too? I had heard real horror stories about these folks and stayed away initially, but then naively I strayed on a "real deal" only to be educated by reality of their business practices. Beware. These guys don't care about you as a customer.
They could sell these at twice the price. If they included a case of ammo for it.
I bet people would buy the gun to get the ammo. But wonder how many would buy ammo to get this as a free gun?
