Are the sights on the side of the slide?
Never shot one or held a high point but based on so many horrible reviews I n this past decade I for one won't ever come near one unless it's to defend my country and castle and that's my only option and the gun is only as good as the shioter.
Sells really well when a complimentary spit cup and camo hat are included ... standard rural protection starter pack ..
Only a Hi point can get 23 up votes, and 90% neg. comments.
They could sell this for $128 and give me a $100 MIR and I still would pass lol .... maybe if I didn't have a single gun and it was $50 I would buy a .45acp just to be able to protect myself BUT i shot one a lady had the other day at the range in .45 and let me tell you IT WAS JUNK!! Not accurate and why is that? MAYBE BECAUSE THE TRUGGER OULL WAS 27LBS!?! Lmfao that was the first and very last time I'll ever even hold or look at a "hi-point" lol
Would be great deal if it had a threaded barrel.
I bought one of these from cabelas for $86 brand new. Great trade piece for post apocalyptic America.
A hi point for the price of 1.6 hi points??? Not a deal.
Crown Royal Rye comes in a white bag...I put a gold plated 9 MM in it!
I bought a hi point 45 and sold it at a profit before I even shot it. For some reason I really want to buy another
I have no use for one, but I'm a sucker for inexpensive guns
I got one of these from Cabelas last year for $99.95, no transfer fee. I put 600 rounds through it in 3 sessions...no issues, not one hiccup!!! Cheap...yup, plastic...yup, excellent value...yup! Also came with extra peep sight, hard case, 2 mags., and a Kershaw assisted opening knife. If you didn't have to pay a transfer fee it would be a good deal!
Holster for Hi-Point = purple crown royal bag
Quality product at an affordable price. I think the US military should consider arming themselves with these pistols. Way better quality than the Berretta M9.
Man all these years later and Hi-point still refuses to change the style and looks of this ultimate crapper of a pistol. You'd think by now they would do some "creative upgrades" and bring it online with other budget pistols. These things are giant chunks of pot metal crap! When I was younger and inexperienced I was talked into buying one of these in .45. The first day at the range the slide cracked from ejection port forward to the front and when it cycled the slide came off the frame out the back. Thank God there was no force behind it....what did Hi-point do? Gave me another one....lol. I sold it immediately unfired. Now in all fairness, I did buy a few of their carbines over the years and can say they were great truck guns or plinkers. Never had any issues with those. I just can't trust nor look seriously at their pistols ever again....
