So who got FUCKED with cancelled orders today?

Cancelled, I called and they told me it is a discontinued product. They were very rude about it. Considering how much stuff I buy from them I will go out of my way not to do business with them.

For $86, why not! The description on Cabela's web site is 9mm 3.3 in. The picture is a .380. I have pistols that cost over $1k but I am buying one of these. IT IS UNDER $100 !!!! SOLD OUT NOW !

Cabela’s- will only half of us actually get these? Instead of Scopes, like years past, I hope it turns out. Shit, almost bought two but I’m not about to get flagged for multiple handguns in one transaction. Ultimate beater!

Ps, I wasn’t actually asking Cabela’s. It’s a rhetorical question for all of us that got F’d in years past

Ha, I finally got a hi point- simply to augment my gun collection number

Have one and I really like it. Literally NEVER failed to fire, not once. Can’t say that for any of my other pistols which include a Walther PPS, S&W M&P Shield, Diamondback DB9 (worthless turd of a gun), and a browning buck mark.

It is worth mentioning they are heavy as all get-out though.

They are accepting food stamps as a form of payment.

You'd literally be deadlier with $86 worth of pennies.

Congrats to HiPoint for securing a contract with Cabela's, though. Someone at Cabela's was napping during that board meeting.

"Gentlemen: We can't unload these Rugers, Remingtons, or Rock Rivers, even at our cost! Nobody is buying guns in the $100-and-up price range right now. If we want to stay profitable, we need to put more firepower into the hands of the impoverished and disenfranchised youths out there - and at a price even a homeless junkie can afford! Plus, we gotta leave 'em an extra $25 in their pockets to bribe Grandma to fill-out the paperwork! Now get out there and find me a gun we can market to hard working, 17-year-old boys! And find out if they offer them in blue and red..."

How realistic is anything you said here?
I'm dumber for having read it.

Exactly!

We are all that much dumber now for reading that. Thanks for the diatribe Norinco.

No problem, guys! This one is on the house. The next one will cost you, though.

I guess I struck a nerve. I get it. Good thing this is the internet, and I'm not being chased by all you HiPoint fanbois in a dark alley.

Sorry to come off as a snob, but I'll stick to Ruger and Taurus for my ditch gun.

I bought this gun last year when it was $99... unbelievable deal...cheap...yup...plastic...yup...3" grouping @ 15 yards right out of the box! I have put six hundred rounds through it with not one Jam or miss feed... there is no transfer fee when it ships to your local Cabela's... you will not be disappointed

I mean, its $86? Maybe? Haha I think ill stick with my Walther. Check out Demo Ranches youtube video on one of these. He shot it and it kept working, I couldnt believe a hipoint was that hard to kill.

If this was the "hunnit dolla bill" version I'd buy it for a BBQ gun.
