It is a deal for Cabelas/Bass Pro credit card holders. Most if not all of their club cards have no annual fee (I know this because I am a card holder) so it's not a membership thing like Sportsmans Guide or Brownells Edge, or Team Buds where you pay for a membership for savings/perks.
