It made my Tula. I have some of both. Same box different label same inspection stamps. Some people don't like it but for target shooting its fine. Pull the trigger and it fires. That's all I need.
I have seen a lot of prissy ammo snobs turn into ammo sluts and basically get on their knees for Tula when before all of this they thought their guns were too good for it. Nothing wrong with cheap non corossive ammo folks

I got some .223 ammo in today that was Herters. The round says "Tula" but all in all I was happy with it. Just saying it wasn't bad ammo at least for 223
