For a .22lr you don't need any more "Gun" than what you get for the dollar. Have 4 -3/4 Cocobolo too and they both just work.
The Good = there's a coupon for discount on a 22WMR cylinder for it in the box.
The Bad = The Black Pearl grips are made of plastic.
The Ugly = Brownells will call you to make sure you're you and won't ship it until you've proven to them that you're you if it's your first Firearm purchase from them.

All the best,

You forgot:
"Good = Single action with barrel longer than 4" means it is CA handgun-roster exempt and can be sold to those trapped behind the Granola Curtain."

BTW, what's the discounted price on the 22WMR cylinder? While this is a nice deal at $120 for 22lr only, I've seen the 22WMR convertibles listed at $150 before...

Keep in mind if you holster this, it is recommended to load 5 with the hammer down on the empty charging whole. Cowboy action shooters do this on all SA revolvers.

On this revolver - yes. Not all SA revolvers require an empty chamber for safe handling. Several manufacturers include a transfer bar safety in their SA and SA replica revolvers that eliminates the hammer's ability to engage the firing pin without the trigger being pulled.

Got one of these at academy on bf for $99 a few years back. Really fun to shoot. It says not to fan the hammer like John Wayne. But I've done that on thousands of rounds and still hasn't fired out of timing or broken anything.

Have this with wood grips. Had a hell of a time plinking with it at significant yardage the first time out. Fun to take out and play with.

I've got the 4.75" version with the wood grips. Surprisingly accurate and reliable. A ton of plinking fun for the money.

"Black Pearl"? Where did they harvest that oyster? Needs neon filigree.
