Garbage company. Charged my card two weeks ago still haven't shipped. I get the run around. Im about to file fraud with my credit card company be warned this place is fraud central.
I can only speak from my experience, I have no relationship with this retailer other than that I have ordered from them. I ordered this on a Sunday evening and then I get a call THAT Tuesday morning from my ffl that it had arrived. I've never had a gun ship to me that fast before!

I had the same issue. Left 3 messages and no return call. I looked up locked and loaded store and got their store front and called them and told them the problem I was having getting in touch with them and they walked down there and got the lady to call me. Said they needed information updated on ffl and that once they get it it will ship. Tonight I received an email from ups saying they tried to deliver the gun today. I ordered it on February 1st
My credit card was charged and I had an unexpected problem with my FFL dealer having an expired license on file with them. When I called I spoke with Becky and inquired about buying multiple firearms and if there was combined shipping. You would think that they would jump at the chance to have an extra sale or two but I've sent emails and telephone with no answer.. what's going on with this company?

I had a similar experience with an FFL. They weren't helpful at all with an order they mixed up, and after three weeks I still don't have what I ordered. I'm letting the CC company deal with them now. I'll never order from this company again!
I ordered one but have not received it yet and they do not return their phone calls talk to sales rep yesterday and they were going to get back to me here it is two days later no response
I have the same issue, Ordered on the 30th with No response to phones calls or emails. The CC was charged but no updates.I'm considering filing a fraud charge with my Visa Card.
I waited for a call back then a reply to an email, I got nothing. Strange company I hope you get what you paid for, good luck.
Is it me or is it impossible to order online from these guys? I get errors every time with the online ordering form.
So here’s my terrible experience. On 2/8 I ordered Rock Island 51431 Standard FS 1911. LL had it listed for $365, great price. I bought it and debit card was charged. After several days of nothing I sent an email - no response. After couple more days, again no immediate response - BUT finally on 2/19 I got a reply! The response was to tell me that they apologize “in advance” that they will be crediting my card because they are unable to acquire the firearm at the price THEY offered it, that it’s a common occurrence with the volume they sell (huh?). Thankfully they do have the refund process down because it did post to my account. I was excited to find LL because I buy a lot of firearms, and they had the best or 2nd best price on nearly every gun I searched. Now they’ll never get an order from me. Unbelievable they didn’t honor the order. Would have gone a long way in securing my business going forward. Now they’ve lost my business.
