Guys, please keep in mind that on our website on the contact us page there is a message in big red letters that tells you we cannot answer the phone because we are always on the phone returning calls or calling other dealers or whatever needs to be done to help our customers. As soon as we hang up and have an open line, we hang up and make another call to take care of the next item of business. If you don't leave a message we can't call you back. We are very far behind on phone calls and we specifically state that you should email us. I realize some people don't want to do that, but we can't let phone calls cut in front of emails. We do things in the order they were received. However, please also keep in mind that we can return emails 24 hours a day, but we're not in the habit of calling people at 3am. Email is the way to go. Either way, don't expect an immediate response. I can hire more people to help with the phones but then I can't offer as good prices because that would be another salary to pay. There is a trade-off and I understand that. I really can't warrant hiring someone else when this will all die down soon (hopefully) and then would have to let that person go. This isn't exactly the type of business you really want to trust to "seasonal" employees.

I know I should mind my own business, but why do you have to call? Can't you place an order online? Isn't that the whole point here, save money by ordering online?
