low price is from Adorama, a third party seller
If it is from Adorama.. be careful.. those guys gave me the run around for 2 months and never got my product.... got fed up and got a hold of paypal to get my refund after 2 1/2 months of bs dealing with them.
I've edc'd this for over a year now. Hits the sweet spot between size, weight and capability. Wish the scissors were more precise and the file was more useful. Otherwise tool selection is great.
I've owned 2 of these. They usually last about 6 months with frequent use. Amazon reviewers say the same. As atomicbean already noted below, the scissors are imprecise and the file is a joke.
If you like this set-up get a Leatherman Squirt PS4; otherwise a used Leatherman Micra is a better deal. I have one that I bought used in 2009 with a manufacture date of 2000 and it still works well.
