Don't Spend a Fortune!
Available ONLY at Brownells
Geissele and Brownells have teamed up to offer two unique triggers that give you the best performance at the best price! As one of the oldest and largest distributors of Geissele products, we had the unique opportunity to sit down with them to spec out two AR-15 triggers that wring out every bit of the performance Geissele is famous for. We also wanted to deliver them at a price point that won't make Geissele fans wait until a Black Friday sale to upgrade their current trigger!
We found ways to reduce production costs on things that don't sacrifice the legendary Geissele trigger performance. So these triggers are not laser-engraved (which you can't see anyway when they're in the gun), and they're batch-tested rather than individually inspected. Rest assured, if for ANY reason you’re not satisfied with your Brownells-exclusive Geissele trigger, it's still Guaranteed. Forever.® Simply return it to us for refund or exchange if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
Remember: you can't get these triggers anywhere else. They are available EXCLUSIVELY from Brownells!
B-G2S-E (Brownells / Geissele 2-Stage Enhanced)
The B-G2S-E Enhanced Trigger has a two-stage pull that provides superior control and helps accuracy while maintaining the robustness and reliability Geissele triggers are famous for. The B-G2S-E has a smooth, light 1st stage take up of 2.3 lbs. and a crisp, candy-cane-like 2nd stage break at 1.2 lbs. The B-G2S-E is ideal for use in precision rifles where accuracy and reliability are both critical.
B-GC (Brownells / Geissele Competition)
The B-GC Geissele Competition Trigger was developed to produce a short, relatively light single-stage pull and a short, quick reset that are ideal for 3 Gun competition and recreational target shooting. Two trigger springs are included so the B-GC can be set up with a 3.2 lb. or 4 lb. pull. Note: The B-GC trigger is not recommended for benchrest shooting or shooting that requires small groups. It is designed for competition involving rapid target engagement.
SPECS: Steel, black finish. Fits semi automatic AR-15/M16 receivers with .154" diameter hammer and trigger pin holes. May be installed on AR-style .308 rifles that accept AR-15 triggers. Kit includes trigger and hammer assemblies, springs, hammer pin, tube of grease and installation instructions. Black spring is for 3.2lb pull.Gold and Silver colored are for 4lb pull.

I bought a G2S-E for ~$130 or so. For my purposes, it wasn't really worth the extra money over an ALG ACT. Don't feel like it's something you need. It's a luxury, you can get by with less. If your trigger is already OK, buy more ammo.

Price creep? I paid $97 for mine!

Price creep....134.95 to 139.95 now 144.94 Being this is gun deals shouldn’t the price be going down rather than up?

Ordered this last week got to my house on time (3 days) I put the black spring on and man that thing is light! Package didn’t come with a slave pin so it was a little bit of a headache for me to install being it was my first one and I have gorilla sized hands. Vast improvement on my Ruger AR 556 trigger

"black spring?" is that something different than the hammer or trigger spring it comes with?

and yes, the G2S-E is one of the best buys out there for a precision trigger when you can get it at the $135 price. Anymore and the MBT-2S trigger is a better value as it's not THAT much weaker than the G2S-E.... It's a LIGHT trigger for sure, and and super crisp. I bought another one of these just to keep as a spare and I'm already figuring out how to build around it lol

use coupon code NAX to take $15 off $150. you have to add a filler item to reach $150.00 since it's $149.99 for the trigger. I used this.

Compare to larue mbt?

0 votes
0 votes

I have both this and the larue, I prefer this trigger over the larue 3-1. To me it feels like the g2se has a much smoother take up, break and reset. I did order another larue to put in a customers AR because he liked the feel of it better and it was delivered in 6 days. Not sure this helps, just thought I’d give ya my .02

What TNtee is asking....I love the Larue, however i'm tired of the wait times. Anyone with experience with both are these triggers 25% better than Laure's?

I have the Larue MBT, the Larue MBT flat trigger, the G2S, the G2S-E and the SSA-E... the G2S-E is worth it at this price if you like a SUPER light trigger for precision shooting. I actually prefer the MBT for a duty gun (or the SSA or G2S) as the SSA-E is TOOO light. But it's a silky trigger. Any more than $130 for the G2S-E is too much as it's not THAT much better than the LaRue with the light trigger spring (the MBT with the heavy trigger spring feels nearly identical to the SSA/G2S). Either brand will do JUST fine in reality and are huge leaps and bounds over the competition. I have multiples of each one for my rifles

This isn’t a great price. They were on sale thru Geissele on black Friday for $99 (also at Brownells)

0 votes

That was the G2S, not the G2S-E. the G2S-E is ONLY available at Brownells and is basically the SSA-E just like the G2S is basically the SSA with a different hammer pin mounting method. The cheapest it was during black friday was $129.99

Should’ve jumped on this at $99!

only the G2S was $99... the G2SE was $129.99 at the cheapest. I stocked up on 1 of the G2SE and 3 of the G2S ol

Beware of brownells. Charged my card over $22 more than my order. Even with their own email sent back to them to verify they did not correct. Order returned/canceled. Last time I will ever buy from them.

Any business, big or small is going to have errors or mistakes at times. Everyone behind the scenes are human too. I choose to give them the benefits of the doubt first mistake... repeated issues then I walk away. You gotta remember how many people are involved in getting your little part to you correctly. From billing to shipping everyone must not make any mistakes in order to make you happy. But like I said everyone is human.

Used the $10 of $99 for $139 shipped just now. Didn't understand the filler until afterwards but still a good deal

Deal works. Has to be over $150.00 to take the $15 off. I added a .99 spring and got it for $136 shipped
Great deal

Need a cheap filler item to bring to $150. I used a glock 43 grip plug for example. Then use the code and you save $15

This is my 3rd BGRF. Love this trigger.

I just installed the 2 stage trigger the other day, and it is as awesome as I expected. Two pound first stage, lighter second stage, and breaks like a thin glass rod. Just dry firing this thing made me smile like a kid on Christmas opening up his brand new Nintendo. 100% worth the price, and didn't take long to install despite never having done it before.

I just wanted to come back and say that this trigger is AWESOME. If you aren't ballin' hard enough to buy the SSA-E, you won't be disappointed with the the B-G2S-E.

Better or equal to the larue MBT?

I have a couple of B-G2S-E's and 3 Larue MBT. My preference is the MBT, but the G triggers are very nice as well. I won't pull them to replace them, but for the $ the MBT is hard to beat IMO.

The way their codes work is strange. You need to place a separate order for each item to get the discount. Then they ship you each item in a separate box, paying postage each time? I felt bad ordering 4 items once that way but it is how they have it set up.

Nope. Look it up on YouTube.

No, it's still a semi auto trigger...it just has a short pull and reset, which allows for a faster rate of fire over a standard mil spec trigger.

I just bought one of each. The G2S-E and the BRF. You're right, the standard G2S is a few dollars less. Not sure what the difference is between the G2S and the G2S-E. Something about the way they break.

I do know the standard G2S for $117 is a good deal as I bought one back in August for $157 from Joe Bob's for a build I was doing at the time.
