These 5.56x45mm NATO Rounds by Geco are perfect for target practice, plinking or the range because of their non-magnetic construction. Geco does extensive testing on all of their ammunition to guarantee the highest quality on the market. The well-developed primers and powders allow for an incredibly accurate and reliable shot. These rounds are conveniently packaged on stripper clips for easier loading and economical storage.

Note: While the 5.56x45mm NATO will fit in a .223 Remington chamber, the 5.56 is a military round that runs at higher pressure than its .223 counterpart and is not recommended to be fired in a .223 Remington chamber.

These stripper clips are plastic and pretty much suck, but do keep your ammo nice and neat.

This is the wrong ammo! The link redirects to Geco .223, NOT 5.56. I didn't notice until after I placed an order.

This deal is for .223. The 5.56 is $76.94.

Dr.K- I've gotten both from SG and both are good ammo, the strips are kind of a pain but worth it, the Wolf seems to have a slightly bigger bang. membership at SG is worth the price.

Anyone have an opinion on this stuff vs. Wolf gold. And yes I know WG is 223 and this is 556 on clips. I'm asking about accuracy and reliability of the rounds.

Deals that require a Buyers Club Membership are not really deals.

not to discount what you are saying, but even after the $30 fee, this comes in at $0.334/round, shipped. The only 5.56 deal close has been PSA with their deals that incorporate PMC and magpul mags of some sort. Given the election results, the purchase (and stockpiling) of 30 and 60 round mags is not quite as important as it may have been had the polls gone a different way
