Glock is a joke

You can hide t between your butt cheeks

Thats what I want, a gun that its insides are open to all the crap in my pocket (gum, pocket lint) when "full concealed".

I see virtually no advantages to this over the standard version in terms of concealed carry ....or anything else for that matter.

Can it be used with factory length mags though or will the folder bind?

I think so in the video posted below they show using the 33 Glock mags

I’m here for the comments (grabs popcorn)

Haha I clicked for the exact same reason. This shit box looks harder to conceal and easier to break

It comes already broken, just like a Taurus.

This is a cool concept but way too expensive watch the video on how it works!!

Whats with all the haters... it can be deployed single handed with a flick of the wrist especially with a 33 rd mag. Im no glock fan but its cool to see innovation. It may not a fit for you but it maybe be fit for someone else. Carry needs vary with people time and situation. And innovation leads to more innovation. U never know the next model might come with a spring loaded deployment! Just keep an open mind and if there is no place for this gun in the real world the ot will seize to exist all by itself.

Innovation yes but you know what else can be deployed with a single hand? Every hand gun ever made

Using the term "haters". C'mon. It's a novel concept and for me it's a stash gun in my house. It basically solves he equation for grip length vs. usable mag size.

21 rounds? It's a little pricey and a lotta ugly, but if it's reliable there's a place for it. Not for me, mind you, but I'm sure there's someone out there.

Where it would have tremendous value is as a stash gun. $730 just seems out of touch for that.

So you though it at a perp. Then pick it up . Put it together then shoot them. I get it

The only thing that would make this more "mall ninja" would be a folding bayonet.

"Stop or I'll shoot... Wait... Gimme a second... Just you wait till I get this gun together..."

Hey, I have an idea. Let's find a pistol, nearly double the price, and make it require a few more steps between having it and needing it.

looks like someone bent over a glock I assume this appeals to someone ....not sure who that is but someone. ( I still stand on the fact that this was the answer to the question that was never asked.)

The Shot Show 2018 video said the lowers would be 995, so while this is extremely expensive for a Glock lower, it's a big discount to what the mfg wants to sell it for. I can't imagine that a knock-off won't come soon. After all, it's just a modified piece of plastic with a modified FCG.

This has a design patent that cannot be copied for years to come. It cannot be legally copied.

It can deffinantly be copied. But who would want to, this is really stupid.

It can be copied, but not legally. "All utility and plant patents filed after June 8, 1995, have a term of 20 years." (U.S. patent office) Therefore, if someone copied this exactly or similarly, if found guilty of infringement of the patent, the copier would have to pay all proceeds they made from said copy to the patent holder. Fact.

What a joke, the gun that's not ready when you need it

Brasky, We all have different needs and motivations for carrying. If this mode of carrying doesn't meet your needs, that's quite understandable. However, if we all had the exact same needs, there would be exactly ONE gun model in the world. There isn't.

I've seen it before but that's in a controlled environment. Also longevity of the moving parts has yet to determined. Couple that with the varied things that can get snagged or caught in the mechanism that allows it to be folded and locked into place I think there are too many unforeseen variables that need to occur so that it can be determined exactly how effective this actually is.

I also worry that while open the hinges can be tweaked or bent in the right situation causing failure to deploy properly. I'd say wait for some other people to put it through the wringer first so that these unforeseen issues that are going to come up get resolved and improved. Before I could get behind this as an option, also the price point is high considering other than the fact it folds it is a standard glock lower with no slide.
