The Fujinon 3.5-10X50 I found online is a dead ringer for a Vortex Diamondback, which is made in the Phillipines. Just take a look at the turrits, they're exactly the same.

The scope is a vortex diamondback with a Fuji name on it. Check it out for yourself.

I saw those Binos on a bird watching site for $279...adorama had them for a price that was pretty similar, 259 or something... I realize that this is going to sound naive, I see these binoculars going for $2,000 and the such... But I really just don't see how much better they can be... The glass on these binos is incredible.

Seems like a great deal- the scope by itself is $180 on other sites

Oh yeah sorry let me add, that message board was not written by that Fuji rep... He was just some guy on there talkin because the conversation had turned to Fuji stuff... He wasn't trying to sell anything it was mostly a sentimental revisitation of his years working for Fuji... but I will tell you what this is some of the best money I have ever spent my life, I've been to 35 some odd States, 5 countries, I'm 38, and I've done a few things.... This is probably one of the best deals I've passed in my life...

Sasquatch... BUY THIS... this is my second set... I first bought the 1.75-5x32 & the binos...it was 150, then I got this one.... Listen to me very carefully, this is a phenomenal deal.... See, you can't find much about Fuji scopes on the internet... But I found this old message board written by this Fuji rep that sold medical stuff... Anyway he went into explicit detail about the construction of the Scopes and the purpose of the Scopes and yada yada... He was also talking about how Fuji doesn't want to be affiliated or associated with military or hunting or killing, etc.... So they don't push the Scopes like they should henceforth no one really knows of them, and bubba doesn't want to put a Fuji scope on his rifle... He made the comment that the Scopes should actually be priced twice what they are... I wholeheartedly concur... I have a $1,000 Trijicon accupower, And this Fujis glass well hang with that Trijicon any day... Infact, like I have said previously on one of these comments, after the scope has been inside a 68° house all day and you take it out into a 100-degree Louisiana day, every scope I have will steam up instantly, not my Fujis .... 85% of all television we watches film through Fuji lense... Fuji is King of the coatings... The only thing that I can remotely complain about on the 3-9 scope, is that the click adjustments are just a tad mushy, but not the smaller scope that I have so if you bought the 3-9, youra might not even be mushy... NOW, THE BINOCULARS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZEBALLS... I PLAY WITH THEM EVERYDAY... To be honest I really don't see how any glass could be any better.. granted I said that when I got my Trijicon, then I got a Meopta... But again these Fuji Binos are just mind blowing... A bird watching side had them for 259, adorama had them for 279, and they are out of stock... Even the exterior coating of the scope itself is high class.., like the Trijicon... And none of the products are made in China. They're actually made in the Philippines with Japanese glass. Every morning since I have got them, I break my Binos out to make myself feel better. Seriously. Sad maybe, but it works. I mean, c'mon; 129, no tax... 2 day shipping... You can spend 129 at one trip to the dollar store on crap you don't need. Borrow the money if you have to.
