Too bad it's a 16" barrel "rifle". My opinion and experience is 9mm isn't suited for rifle length barrels. If this was say a 10.5" barrel with a brace it would be a much better firearm. 10.5" barrel is about max for reaching terminal ballistic capability from the 9mm. Anything more is wasted length and weight...of course this is my own personal opinion and thoughts. You certainly are entitled to your own and I will respect that. I just ask you do the same.

You may be right, but there is currently a good chance you'd need to register a shorter barreled firearm in the very near future: a 16" barrel eliminates that problem. Despite added weight and length from a shorter barrel, these particular 16" barreled AR's shoot great.

Fair enough points. Not going to dissuade you or reject your opinion. Some folks use these for plinking/training at a less expensive round cost than 556/223 rounds. They’re fun, too.

Personally, I’ll stick with my Tippmann M4-22 16” training rifle, but to each their own. I bet this thing is a hoot at the range.
