Description

The Echo Trigger is for the direct impingement AR-15. This is the Gen II variation that is the latest and most current of the Fostech Echo triggers. The original Echo required a separate bolt to finction but this Gen II trigger will work in any direct impingement AR-15 rifle utilizing a full auto bolt carrier which 90% or more of all AR's do.. Not sure if you have a semi or full auto bolt? Click this link for further detail.

The Echo Trigger is a groundbreaking drop in design that is approved by the ATF.

The Echo Trigger allows the shooter to select from 3 different settings.

Safe Mode: Firearm will not fire.
Semi-Automatic Mode: Firearm fires when the trigger is pulled.
Echo Mode: Firearm fires when the trigger is pulled and also when the trigger is released.

The Echo Trigger is designed with safety being the utmost priority. When the shooter is in the Echo Mode and depresses the trigger one round is fired- if the target moves, the shooter can move the selector to the safe position and a second round will not fire upon release.
The echo trigger has several distinct features:
PATENTED Design that gained ATF Approval (Patent # US 8,820,211 B1)
Technology licensed through HIPERFIRE inside the Echo Trigger
Light, clean, and crisp pull in Semi-Automatic Mode
Trigger Shape - Traditional Curved
Trigger Pull Weight - Range 4.5 - 5 lb
The Echo Trigger is packed full of cutting edge technology

Reliable function in Echo Mode

Note - Unlike the Echo Gen 1, this New Gen II trigger does not require a different boly mechanism to work. It does reguire however that the companion rifle have a full auto bolt carrier which most all commercial AR-15 rifles do come with.

Awesome trigger for a traditional AR-15. Not great for an AR9 or an AR 22. The BFS 3 is much better much more versatile if you want to run it in an AR9 or AR-22.

I am wondering you opinion as I am interested in BFS3 vs Echo vs digitrigger for AR9, 15, and 22 applications. Thanks man, Glockwork

I have the CMMG 22lr conversion and auto sear trip for my AR pistol. It works well with the echo. No modification was needed to make it work.

Hey gator, I am getting parts together for a binary Ar-9 and wanted to know why to go bfs3? I had heard the Fostech Echo made more sense do to Ar-9 blowback design and no chance of OOBD.

Because the BFS3 does not require any modifications to work with 22 or 9mm. I have not had any OOBD problems when shooting my buddy's PSA AR 9 with the BFS3.

For the Echo 2, you will have to mill your 9mm BCG to fit the Echo hammer, and .22 LR requires a $55 adapter https://fostech.us/22-caliber-sear-trip-kit-for-cmmg-22-conversions-and-....

Digitrigger has videos of the Owner proving it will work with most if not all AR-15 variant calibers (5.56, 9mm, 7.62X39, .22 LR and others)

Jesus H Christ. Can we keep this site non-political please. This not the place for whining about gun parts, abortions, BLM, Trump, Obama, “turning your back on your creator”, etc. Nobody fucking cares. Get lives, all of you.

Wtf? Talking about this should ban. Total b.s. whats next I can't pee on a tree? Oh yeah. They done took that right like every thing else. Enough with the damn laws already and damn crybabies. Shit is gonna happen if it's gonna happen if someone's on a mission no matter what u ban. Guns save lives.

Isn't cursing in God's name "turning your back on our creator"? Also, you're infringing on my right to speak freely, so you may want to check privileges. This is a discussion about a trigger, not a thesis on the end of the world.

"Have a blessed day!"

Lets see,
How about we look at antifa or banm? If you want a civil war you don't have far to go. They dress up in masks and assault people and get away with it. Democrats worry about anyone else but Americans! As a law abiding citizen I will buy whatever I want and support others that want to as well. This is another example of attempted censorship of a product. You had all better think very carefully about supporting a ban or regulation on anything. In my state you now can't buy a mag over 15 rounds, The people's republic California you have to order ammo through an FFL. If you think they can't infringe on the second amendment you are completely insane! Keep your guns now you can't have any ammo for. Either decide to stand for something or fall for everything. And BTW I do believe the ATF should do away with a tax stamp on suppressors or silencers which ever you want to call them. Every gun purchase and suppressor purchase is tracked there is no need for an additional fee.

To Bama4ever96, No one agrees with you Fudd. My money, my gun, my Echo Trigger for this freedom loving, 2A supporter. I think you are posting in the wrong forum.

Democrats are right about these triggers, guys. For starters, these should be banned. I love my guns, but this has no place on the civilian market; you can't hunt with them, you can't shoot accurately, and it's got a 5,000 round life cycle. $449 for a trigger that has to be replaced after 5,000 rounds?! No thank you. This is an ignorant purchase, stupid product, and an all together irresponsible invention. Who agrees?

not being mentally defunct or a felon I should be allowed to own any thing I want for the simple reason: because I want to! no other reason should ever be needed and on a side note "need" has nothing to do with it

I feel the same exact God damn way. If I want to put it in my rifle who the hell are you to tell me I can't have it? Because YOU don't think it has a place in the civilian market? I agree I think it's way overpriced and wouldn't buy one just like I think bump fire stocks are stupid but who the hell am I to tell anyone that they can't have it because I feel that it is a "stupid product" or an "ignorant purchase". If someone wants to shell out the coin for it, fuck it let em have it. I feel like SBR's, SBS's, destructive devices, and machine guns should absolutely legal to purchase for any law abiding citizen. Because the second amendment was made to protect against a tyrannical government NOT to hunt.

Agree to disagree. People who want this kind of trigger are unhinged, much like your language. I'm sure you think supressors should be available without a tax stamp too. The quieter we make guns and the faster we can shoot them, the closer we get to a civil war.

If civil war was to occur...I assure you the reason will not be the result of quiet, fast firing guns. It would more likely be a result of one side attempting to force the other to adhere to what they decide is or isn't acceptable. By the way, yes to suppressors without a tax stamp. They are legal to own so why do I have to pay $200 for the privilege to do so. The last one I bought took a year to be approved.

What if those wishing to brutally slaughter an unborn child had to fill out a form, pay $200 and wait a year to get federal approval? How many lives would that save? I can tell you...over a million a year in this country alone.

Do you think condescending democrats would support such a bill?

Tell you what...you convince democrats to end abortion except in cases of rape and a woman's life and I will get rid of all my guns except a shotgun, hunting rifle and a revolver. Until then...piss off.

So do I own too many firearms? Is there something wrong with me? I just want to make sure I’m not offending you. Give me a number to stay under so I know you’ll be happy. Thank you.

I am of the mind that you should own only what you need. If you're a hunter, I suggest a single .308. it can do anything you need it to do in North America. If you need a delf defense pistol, I suggest a conservative 1911. A single shotgun for dove, pheasant, etc. Now tell me, what else do you need? I'd say less than 5 is appropriate and unoffensive, "if you need a number".

So because you think this way, that's how it should be huh? Have you ever wanted a sports car, or anything besides a lollipop? Why don't we regulate cars to only go the speed limit. Or ban lollipops because kids are getting fat like you. Do you see where im going here... Anything can harm or cause serious bodily harm. So we should regulate and ban things because we feel like it... How stupid is that man? If someone was honestly going for mass destruction or casualties they probably wouldn't even use a gun.

I know this post is a couple of weeks old but what about farmers? they "need" a suppressed rifle and a NFA shotgun for damage control alone, the SBS because corn rows are typically planted 30" apart, the suppressor so that they don't spook live stock or wake up the neighbors and get harassed @2am
but again as in my previous statement "need" has nothing to do with it...

BTW even the UK exempts farmers from most of their reDICKules laws

Ok. Let’s take 4 & multiply it by a lot & you have my number. I guess I’m extremely offensive & highly inappropriate. It’s good to know.
