Because of the striker that was recalled, or some other reasons?
What’s the difference between this and the 66796 model?
Recall only impacts guns made prior to February 2017 and the fix is super easy and covered by FN.
I have 2 of the 9mm. One black, one FDE. I love them. My black one was part of the striker upgrade, they did the work fast and got it back to me. If I didn't already have a Glock 27 Gen 4, I'd consider this one.
I have the 9mm. Really like how it shoots and grips nice. Mine also came with factory night sights.
I have this in 9 and I love it. Coming from a Glock 26, trigger reset I felt was a little long. Other than that it feels and shoots great. Specs i feel are pretty similar to the 26. Factory grip is a lot better and comes with exchangeable back straps. Black one comes with a 17 rounder and 2 12 rounders, one with a pinky extension and one without. FDE has a 17 rounder and 1 12 rounder with a soft case. Mags are a little pricey and mag release is a little stiff at first, other than that no complaints. https://youtu.be/0dKO_4OoSCY... Anyone have experience with this in their 9mm?
Anyone have experience on these? Be it either 40 or the 9mm
I've slide them into beretta PX4 holster no problem.
So I ordered this today at 11:40a (9-21) and at 2:30p (9-21) I had a tracking number that states it will be delivered on 9-25. Excellent service so far, I did however have to pay the $20 s/h even though their other deal on here said s/h was 9.99...
I would Love to hit on this now, man, its so tempting, I have already had FNX and FNS 40, love them, great great pistols.
Yes. I bought mine from scopelist for same price. This is a quality firearm. Beware: it is near impossible to find a kydex holster for it. I bought it to replace my FNS 9c thinking the holsters were compatible ala glock 19/23, but they arent. The 40 slide is thicker towards the top. Needless to say, I havenr carried it yet. Just something to think about.
I own the compact. Twice now while cleaning, the guide rod had gotten stuck. U have to use a pliers to jerk it straight. Never had a malfunction though. Something to think about though
Nice gun in the full size version, so I’m assuming the compact is basically the same, maybe easier to carry.
I really like mine. I have both the compact (more like sub) and the 4" and enjoy shooting them both.
With prior expirence in mind, I dont trust FN to make a polymer pistol worth a damn.
