Great ammo at a great price. No reason not to buy the $99 worth and use the free shipping. People need to stop whining about stores charging tax. That's a requirement if (A) they have a store in your state and your state charges tax or (B) your state is one of the crappy ones that started charging tax on internet orders. That is your states fault, not Cabela's. I have no tax in my state and no issue with free shipping on $99 worth of great ammo. The only better deal is Targetsports Ammo prime account, that I happen to have, for $8.73 with free shipping on any quantity. But I paid for the account so meh.

It always cracks me up how they put "free in store pickup " I'd sure hope so...what do they charge an entrance fee to the store? Lol. It's kinda a wording gimmicks to throw in the word "free" into the title next to "+s/h" to try and deceive people.

The coupon will let you get 15 boxes for $137.35, but unless you pick it up you'll pay $20 shipping which offsets the $20 coupon. Cabelas no longer lets you use multiple coupons and most of their coupons are about the same price as shipping. It's one reason why most of their coupons are just marketing gimmicks because you give them the coupon back in shipping cost. For example for me after you pay $16 in shipping, and $10 in tax, the end cost is back to $164 putting the price per round back over $0.20 and nothing special.

Why doesn't gundeals clean up deals like this? The down votes and the comments below are from years ago.

I just ordered 8 boxes @ 12.99, with code that makes it $10.50 a box dropped at my door. Not a bad deal.

I think this is a good deal. It is a lot cleaner than Winchester or Remington. I don't see prices going down for awhile and $14.99 is a lot better than $19.99 like it was in March.

I'm in. Granted these were 12 or 13$ couple months back. I saw these at a pawn shop the other day being sold for 22$. You mofo down voting are gonna be crying when this goes up even more in the future.

Good deal, but its Cabelas so I will pass. ...and it's still $2 a box too high. Since I only shoot once a wek now, my ammo goes further...and so does my dollar.

I was able to order 10 boxes for $146.20 shipped - .29 per rd is only .05 difference but I was also able to order 500 instead of 250 and that ends up being a $25 difference.

Shipping for 5 boxes was $10.95 so $85.90 for 250 rounds, brings the total to about 34 cents a round, shipped.
