Best price brass right now if you can find it on the shelf

Yup,.. love this ammo, and for the pricece can't go wrong... shot 500 rounds this last weekend with no failures, using my m&p 2.0 9mm.

Bought this same ammo from Dunhams and didnt make it through a whole mag without it extracting, the empty shell cases were very tight in the chamber, ended up breaking the extractor. Afraid to try it in another gun. Usually use Browning 124 or Remington umc 115 without a glitch.

You can get the Browning 124 grain for the same price everyday of the week at Academy. Better choice IMO. And it's packed really compact.

Walmart 200rd packs for $17...anyone else here stock pile in the past week?

They were shipping for free.. I bought 8 boxes. Academy's shipping is always fast.. its will only be 2 days for delivery. I am guessing the warehouse ran out of stock.

Little odd. This came up the other day and I did get free shipping on it.

can buy online and pickup in store. Still a halfway decent deal considering Walmart no longer sells handgun ammo and the clearance shelves are empty.

I managed to buy the minimum of these during the rebate and have $25 "qualified" on Vista Outdoors rebate page so I'll get one more of these for $15 and tax basically. Dollar Cost Average in full effect

It should have been this price or lower when it was still eligible for the rebate. Wonder how many retailers are still sitting on these I don't think they moved as much as last year.

Yup. Shipping not available.
Why even bother mentioning the free shipping over $25 thing then.....

Hell off a deal there... too bad I blew my rebate on .22LR from gander because the .223 is 21.6c round even after tax here

Thanks for that. I saved $24 buying 2000 rds. They charge tax but free shipping over $49.

YOU DON‘T HAVE TO BUY 2000 ROUNDS

Rebate requires two (2) - not eight (8) boxes be purchased (~$50 per box at current prices)
Rebate is $12.5 per box (500 rounds @ 250 rounds per box) that’s $25

($50-12.5)/250 -> $.15/round
If you get it for ~ $45/box -> drops to $.13/round (don’t forget to add shipping - if any)

($60-12.5)/250 (Academy’s free shipping “deal” comes out to $.19/round

But you CAN buy 2000 rounds. And you SHOULD buy 2000 rounds. And then you should SHOOT 2000 rounds. Then BUY 2000 MORE rounds.

Shipping is free plus the rebate.. way better than anyone else offering the same ammunition...

PA sales tax makes this 14.48c/rd for me :-(

The same in Texas.
Still, brand-name new brass ammo for under $10/box including tax and delivery is a reasonable deal.

That's still a good price these days.

I got 8 boxes from Gander Outdoors for ~$250 before the rebate but this is probably the best online deal I have seen so far if they don't hit you with tax.

They’re ok, I got mine for several times.

Good luck with the rebate especially if it’s coming from Vista.

Just my opinion, takes to long to get rebate.

I have done 4 rebates from them and it all went through and I received my money/gifts. Took awhile but I got it. Just my personal experience, can’t speak for everyone else.

How long do the rebates usually take to come back?

"Watch your email for periodic updates on the status of your rebate.
Allow approximately 10 to 12 weeks for USPS rebate delivery. Vista Outdoor, its subsidiaries or its agents
are not responsible for USPS delivery time, lost or damaged mail. During high volume seasons, rebate
delivery might take up to 20 weeks."

For me, it was between 3 months to 5 months. I forgot about one of them until it came in, it was a surprise. If you do it exactly what the instructions tell you, it should go through unless they USPS lose your stuff

Why do you say that?
