I bought one of these 2 years ago from gunbroker. I can honestly say it has been nothing short of a fantastic rifle. People can talk all the crap they want but myself, my brother and a friend all own one. None of us have had an issue. I've shot 1000's of rounds, including cheap steel and have not had a single weapon related failure or malfunction. In my opinion and experience these are excellent budget friendly rifles. All parts on my are true milspec and all my upgrades have fit perfectly without issue. I have changed alot of things like furniture, handgaurd, sights, etc but the core is the same. Fit and finish is very good and everything was in spec and tight. I am a law enforcement officer and have lots of experience with this platform among multiple other weapons. Take it or leave it but I'd buy another in a heartbeat if I needed another.
BTW mine also came chambered in .223 wylde which I like due to the tight tolerance and accuracy of both .223 and. 556

Nah. Not worth it. If you have to buy something cheap, which is great, go to ceratac, actually mil-spec, good CS and rifle kits on sale will be sub 300 for the whole rifle.

It may or may not be a good entry level rifle, but calling it "mil spec" when it obviously isn't makes me question what else is being exaggerated

I also find it funny when "gun guys" think that a machine as simple as an AR15 can vary so greatly like part to like part, all the same "mil-spec" simply due to the brand.

As a machinist, I find it amusing when people think that "mil spec" is anything other than the sloppy tolerances given by the military to mass produce a piece of equipment cheaply.

Yep, mil spec sounds awesome until you serve in the military and realize how shitty mil spec is. Haha!

Just remember everything from pencils to long shelf life "food" to crappy belts to rubber bands etc all have to earn the title "mil spec." Mil spec means only someone created requirements so they could decide the winner of a contract for materials. Many times the "spec" was written by the contractor that was picked PRIOR TO BIDDING.

They had full uppers with bcg included on sale for $199 and complete lowers for $99.99. Paid $320 with shipping then after fll tax and background I was only in it for around $400 NEW...... you make money lol. Out of stock now but keep an eye out for it to return. Nothing like building an AR for under $400 =)

I bought several of these in 556 and 300 BLACKOUT. Only issue ever had was 1 of them slipped Through QC without the gas block being properly tightened. Other than that well made and great functioning rifle.

Bad reviews about their ammo. Don't know about the firearms they manufacture ? Makes me suspicious.
