Not sure the specific But look for Skeletonized lowers and you’ll find a bunch of styles.

Not 100% on that exact one, but Valkyrie Dynamics makes an amazing skeletonized pistol grib I use. Feels so nice.

Of course. But why would you attempt to mount this on a”pistol” buffer tube that’s not designed for a stock in the first place?
And please don’t go writing a letter of permission to the ATF, mkay?

Pistol buffer tube doesn't have anything to do with it. A pistol brace can fit on a milspec or commercial buffer tube and still be legal.
This is a stock plain and simple, so if you use it with a barrel under 16" you'll make a SBR
Um, no, that's not exactly the case. Most modern carbine/rifle tubes, not the A2, have the extension tab on the bottom that will make most pistol braces not fit without modification, rendering it a rifle because you've altered the intended design. Most pistol tubes are smooth all the way around. The new gen sba 3 and 4 have tubes with stops, but aren't considered stocks because they are proprietary and won't fit rifle stocks. You could in theory machine down a rifle tube to fit a brace, try and throw a stock on a pistol tube, or shoulder a rifle tube sans stock, but I wouldn't challenge the aft on it.

I'm sure it'd be fine or firing from the hip.....but you don't need a stock for that.
