Anyone have hands-on experience between this and a Shadow they care to speak to?
There are a few good videos on YouTube comparing the Shadow series to the Stock series. Here is one that's pretty good. The stock 2 that a friend owns has a slightly better fit/finish than my Shadows. My only complaint with the stock is how curved the trigger is.

Be careful ! I used them for 5 years and every gun ordered was a big hassle! If you want a good smooth transaction go with one of the many other companies. You will save some money and a lot of problems.
If it's good enough for 7 time IPSC World Champion Eric Grauffel I'd say it's a step above Remington or Taurus.
Dammit they won't sell to residents residing in Cook county, and not even when using an address ouside of Cook so it might be Illinois as a whole.
Yea cook county sucks, they have restrictions on magazine capacity for handgun and ARs and AKs
Not it isn't! Eaa is not better than Springfield, Taurus, Remington etc... dumb ass!
not better than toreass or rustington?
Go take a solid look at what pro shooters are using.
It's CZ and Tanfoglio if you want to win.
Yea that guy don't know what the fuck he's talking about.
I've both Stock II & Shadow 2.
The fit & finish is superior to CZ, however, be prepared to spend extra $ on trigger & grip.
The stock trigger is pretty bad and you need to change out a bunch of springs, polishing and possibly a new hammer to make it usable.
The hard chrome finish is truly amazing but the grip is fat and slippery... it could be easily solved with factory thin aluminum grips but they're pricy.
Around $850 is a damn good price and I would buy one more...
