Why are people acting surprised that CTD is back to their shady tactics?
Yes Screw these dirt bags. Gougers on Ammo. Seen some Magazines for sale real cheap and did not even buy them.
Someone at CTD corrected that very fast! I saw the deal, said no, went back and now$335.44...
let's see how fast they fire off a cancelation email to me. :D
I was optimistic when they sent the gift card last night (not sure if it's valid though) but woke up to a cancelation email this morning. Oh well, was mainly a knee jerk reaction purchase anyways.
They fixed it so quickly, I think they will honor it. Hope you get it and the gift card too. Bud's Gun Shop slips up like that every once in a while. Got to be fast. Best of luck to you sir!
What's the catch CTD? lol . I brought mine for $237
keep checking ammoclips.com every day or so as their inventory changes from day to day on many
of the eaa mags. for the b6p full 16 round which easily holds 17, keep checking g-broker( i know, i know)
but i did score 2-16 rd b6p for $45.00 shipped. also 3 for the witness .40 12rd all for 60-65 shipped. Most on gb gouge, but checking regularly somtimes yields a gem!!
ALL were new.
Have an all metal 10mm Witness and really like it. Finally found some extra mags. Sometimes CDNN has mags for EAA. I think for the price of these they are great. Solid gun.
Yes, I received 1 a month ago. Have not had an issue to date (600+ rds fired). Including 10 yr old tarnished value pac, tula steel case and 4-time reloaded brass w/ no issues. Mine was very accurate right out of the box, mild recoil , and instant follow up accurate shots. Price drops much more i'll be in for another. Poly lower. make sure to use syn grease on slide grove, and reaply every 100rd to prevent any side slop on slide from wear, just a dab will keep it accurate
for a long lift.
I have the all-metal .45ACP version and that thing is incredibly well built.. You can just feel it's a quality gun when you pick it up.
I really enjoy the k2. does yours hold the slide back on the last shot with p14 mags?
Not the K2.. I definitely wouldn't mind owning one of those though. Mine's actually the Witness .45acp (The CZ-75 clone).
As far as mags go, I only have one lol.. I've been trying to find some though. If anybody comes across any cheap mags I'd definitely appreciate a heads up. I don't think P14 mags work in the Witness do they?
...And while we're on the subject, what's up with companies making so many proprietary mags? Getting ridiculous.
I just got the compact version and it seems like a well built gun. I have yet to take it to a range but I have read a lot of good reviews about them before I bought it. I paid $265 plus $10 for shipping for the compact version.
only EAA I see in a compact is a witness which sells for $450 ish...they also make a combo deal that comes with a 22lr barrel... not sure if you can get a compact with the combo.
CTD being slightly more $$$ aside, this firearm is great. 1,000's of rounds and never an issue. Wish it came an additional magazine, but I stocked up with purchase on CTD.
