( Sling Swivel Not Included ). Important Note - Images shown here are stock photos that generally represent the product, however, the hardware on these lowers sometimes varies based on availability. Please note that you must be AT LEAST 21 to receive the transfer of this firearm

Based off a Billet Aluminum design where all others are of a less superior Forged design, ours are reinforced in all areas of concern and the strongest available on the market bar none!-Has an internal pocket radius in the GEN 2 design toward the rear of trigger which eliminated the back strap from breaking. Has a reinforced water line on our receiver, all others do not have this upgrades - They are impervious to gasoline, acid, acetone, kerosene, and will not break after being dunked in liquid nitrogen and thrown onto a concrete floor, unlike aluminum which would shatter! - These can handle up to 500 degrees, and in the summertime, they are not hot to touch like aluminum receivers! - They are lighter than aluminum and can be run over at the mag-well, where aluminum will be crushed and rendered useless! - If you scratch ours, they retain color and also a little WD-40, and some green scratch pad removes the scratch. - Our fire controls require no lubrication whatsoever - The castle nuts do not need to be torqued, or staked as they are factory torqued with blue Loctite, and will not come loose.

It doesn't say polymer, nor plastic. The absence of aluminum doesn't say anything about polymer, it says it's not aluminum.

That being said, I have a couple of the poly lowers and even topped one with a Palmetto PTAC (polymer) upper. It's great as far as I'm concerned. I've been using the black rifle since 1984 when I was issued an M16-A1 in the Corps and then as a police officer. I figured if polymer was good enough for a duty pistol it should be fine as a rifle. Oddly though, my polymer AR15 systems aren't noticeably lighter than the aluminum.

I have many rifles of all sorts. I really don't have a preference on polymer, cast, forged, or billet aluminum. I have had all and there are pros and cons with all. $99 for a complete lower no matter the metal is ok in my book. Try not to be a die hard to just one metal Buy it build it shoot it and if need be resell it,

I don't care what it's made of...just saying the description should say what it is...not what it isn't

I see people talking trash all the time about the 6061 aluminum versus 7075 when the truth is the end user will not notice the difference. The machinist sure would though. I'm currently enjoying my foray into the 80% lower receiver world and machining the harder material in the 7075 is dreamy compared to the softer, chewier 6061.

Someone got me an 80% lower as a gift. I don't know what the hell I'm going to do with it. I can build but I'm no machinist

Carbon fiber....if I find another at the right price I will have another one. I went ahead and got one of these lowers at99.99 but also added the bear creek complete upper for 199.99.......I just built an AR for under $340......if it performs come range day I will build a few more =)

After shipping fll fees background check etc. you are far from $100. I can wheel and deal locally and get these cheaper. Just got a complete lower for $140 total. I also purchased a streipped lower for $40 and all the pieces somewhere else for $30 total. I'll pass on this

building a stripped lower ? why dont you just build it from a chunk of metal and compare that price? Cause youre stupid thats why. I got this lower for $115 including shipping, sales tax, \ and ffl fees. Where can you get it cheaper? obviousely i dont believe you.

I don't get all the polymer hate when we've been carrying polymer duty weapons for thirty fu€king years without a problem.

The Glock was designed as a polymer, whereas the ar was designed for aluminum. There are other rifles that have been designed around polymer parts, but the ar is not one of them. Same reason not to get a Glock with a metal lower.

Because the ar is much hard on a lower than a glock...
