I finally recieved my upper 27 days later.

The handgaurd has over a dozen deep scratches on it. Down to the raw silver aluminum. It also doesnt fit to the upper receiver correctly.

The gas block and tube are misaligned. The upper has T Mark's that are blurry and faded.

This company is pure trash! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

You can easily Google this trash company and their reviews. They operate under 3 different company names. Davidson defense, delta team tactical and omega. That's really says it all.

If your product is damaged or installed incorrectly, as long as you don't try to fix it or replace anything yourself, we have a limited lifetime warranty. If you start to try to fix or adjust the upper receiver yourself, then it will void the warranty.

Avoid this dealer at all costs. Their reviews here and all over the internet are HORRIBLE.

I should have listened. Ordered an upper two weeks ago and still no update or tracking info. Its impossible to get a hold of these people. They dont answer their phone or return emails.

Our customers are our number one priority. We are consistently getting products out the door day after day. We aren't a large company like Palmetto or Brownell, we are definitely still considered a "small business" and are constantly growing. I appreciate your feedback, I just wanted to help determine why you didn't get any information after you purchased your order. If you placed an order it would immediately send a confirmation email. If you didn't receive that email, that is something I wanted to look into. An email address is required as part of check out, so if you provided a valid email address, we would have sent a confirmation. Please check your spam box and/or provide me your order number so we can check what email was placed on the order.

After two weeks a d no update you should at least send out an update that says " we dont give a crap about our customers. Your order will ship when we feel like working"

I will never do business with your company again. Even if you had 85% off site wide.
